Chapter 28

When Jisoo arrived, Jennie extended her hand and ran her gaze up and down. She then exhaled, a sigh of relief and said, "Are you alright?"

It was as if the black clouds were pressing down outside, and Jennie was afraid that Jisoo would be squeezed all the way and get hurt.

"I'm okay." Jisoo breathed a sigh of relief, She fixed her messy hair, and said, "Principal Sun said that he has sent two security teams over here, let's just wait in the car for a while."

Jennie hummed and didn't say anything to criticize Principal Sun. Through the car window, she could still hear the noise outside. 

Jennie handed the spread booklet to Jisoo, and said, "Block the windows." After a pause, she lowered her eyes tiredly and said, "Next time. Make a curtain, that can be pulled down."

Going back to the country is a hassle no matter where you go. 

Jisoo nodded and remembered it down in her heart. She pressed a booklet on the car window with one hand, blocking the outside pictures that could be taken at all.

Then she glanced over Jennie's half-dangling eyelids, and whispered, "I saw Miss Lisa outside."

Jennie didn't raise her eye, she just told Jisoo to take down a booklet and look. This is still normal, right?

Jisoo added: "She is still outside now."

Jennie's eyelashes trembled lightly and was stunned. "What did you say?" 

She leans against the glass window and scans the crowd. There were still a lot of reporters outside the car, and she couldn't see anything.

"I couldn't get in at first," Jisoo explained, "but Miss Lisa walked herself up outside and somewhat led the reporter away."

Jennie asked, "Why is she here?"

Jisoo glanced at her thoughtfully and said, "At first she was on the school road, and a fight was about to start, it seems she spotted your car, followed it, and then she probably saw you trapped. She comes out and rescues you."

"She knows my car?" Jennie felt dumbfounded.

"I don't know." Jisoo shook his head, "Maybe...? I don't know."

"Then she..."Jennie stopped talking. 

Forget it, maybe she just guessed it.

She has been so cold to her; how can she be so persistent?

She squeezed her eyebrows and blurted to Jisoo, "Call President Sun and let him send a team to rescue Lisa first." 

The media will not be merciful just because she is not Jennie, especially Lisa.

She hasn't brought bodyguards and assistants yet, so reckless.

"Then you'll ..." Jisoo hesitated; she was afraid that Jennie would not be able to get out without the manpower.

Jennie waved her hand and said, "Just this once, don't worry about me."

Jisoo nodded and call President Sun.

As Jennie expected, Lisa was indeed trapped.

When she came out alone, and the crowd instantly drowned her. Relying on the cooling effect of her built-in Fan, those people didn't come too close, but she was still struggling and unable to move. 

Her attitude towards the media has always been casual, depending on the questions they asked and her mood at the time.

But because Jisoo got into the car smoothly, even if she is stuck there, she is in a good mood, with witty words and no lack of humor.
