JENNIE POV
we're at the food court and we are waiting for out food to arrive. i'm so tired of all the walking we did which also made me so hungry. but we are sat here in comfortable silence until Lisa decides to break it.
" hey Jen " she said
" yeah Lili?" i breath out softly
" do you think Rosie will like the gift i got her?" she asked panic written all over her face. how can one be so cute but extremely hot at the same time.
"Lili of course she's gonna love it your her best friend" i reassure her placing my hand over hers
"hopefully she will" she let out less panic in her voice
" oh also how are you going to Rosie's?" she asked me
" oh um i'm pretty sure Jisoo is picking me up and we'll go together." i tell her
" okay cool" she says " so that means i'll see you there already" she smiles
"yeah" i blushed
after a few more minutes our food arrived and me and lisa didn't hesitate to dig in as if we couple of animals on a farm. we enjoyed our food together making small talk to each other.

- time skip -
after an hour or so me and Lisa finished everything we needed to do and are finally leaving the mall i'd be lying if i said i wasn't tired.
" how are you getting home Lisa?" i asked curiously looking up to her beautiful side profile. she turns to look down at me and hooks our hands together fingers intertwined.
"i'm gonna walk you home first then i'll just get the bus or something" she breathed out softly
"a-are you sure? because you still have to get ready for the party!" i exclaimed worriedly my eyes widened full of concern.
she laughs out and caressed my knuckles, " oh my, Jennie Kim you truly are something" she laughs, "don't worry about me i'm gonna make it in time for the party don't worry" she pulls me closer to her. her touch burning my skin. the sensation is so overwhelming it makes me shudder in delight. her long arms wrapped around my shoulder as we walk and talk our way to my house.

the walk to mine took us about 20ish minutes and i feel like i got to know her a little better. god knows how long ive had a crush on her, and knowing we have some things in common makes me even more in love with her. she dropped me off at my doorstep and gave me a quick peck on the cheeks making me flush a bright crimson colour.

"ill see you later at the party, kay?" she let out softly

"yeah ill see you there lis" i smiled at her waving goodbye watching her smile at me one last time before turning her back to me and walking down my street, i stood there watching her until she disappeared and made my way inside and rushed up stairs to get ready and take a relaxing bath because rosie's party isnt till 8 and its 5:30 so ill have plenty of time to spare.
