Cold hearted

"Why did he do that?"

The next day I woke up and went to the bathroom to take a shower when I looked at myself in the mirror, I almost got a jumpscare. My eyes were puffy like a pufferfish and read as a chili.
My hair was also a holy mess.
I just wanted to take the rest of the week free, but I can't.
I took a deep breath to not die on the spot and took a cold shower.
My mom taught me that cold things help with puffy eyes.
Just in case the water didn't help, I had put some spoons in the freezer earlier.
When I was done I put on some clothes I found on my chair.
I guess Han and Jeongin had found them for me when I was gone. When I was done I walked down the stairs and got met by an amazing smell.
I walked further down and saw Jeongin making waffles.
"Good morning" I said with a jawn leaving my mouth as I walked to the kitchen.
When Jeongin turned around he ran to me and hugged me tight. "Hyunjin told me you almost got r@ped, are you ok?". Jeongin said in a worried voice, almost crying.
I patted his back.
"I'm ok now. Luckily I hit him hard with a rock and ran away before something happened".
Jeongin pulled away,
"Good!" He smiled at me a little before he went back to making the waffles.
I sat down at the island to look at the cute Jeongin making food.
Even though he is only one year younger than me it feels like he is my baby brother.
"I miss my baby brother back at home".
I shaked my head and continued to look at Jeongin.
"Where is Seungim, btw?".
He turned around with a plate with waffles.
"He got a mission at 4am, so he's out in the wild". Jeongin said, putting the plate in front of me. "Oooooo".
I smiled at him and started to eat his waffles.
Suddenly I heard my alarm ring.
I had put on an alarm because I didn't want to come late to school.
I got saved by Bangchan yesterday, but I can't rely on him everyday.
I grabbed my bag, put on my shoes and said goodbye to Jeongin before I left the house.
I walked to the bus stop close to our house and started to wait on the bus.
It's about half an hour to the school start and there is no way I'm going to wake up earlier, or skip breakfast for that.
So I take the bus instead of walking.

The bus came precisely and I jumped on it.
I saw some of the people that go to my school on the bus, but none from my class.
I sat down on an empty seat near the window right before the bus started to drive off.
The whole ride I looked out the window and dosed off to dreamland.
I didn't sleep, but I thought about random things.

Before I knew it the bus stopped in front of my school.
I grabbed my stuff and walked off on my way to college.
When I entered the gate of the school someone suddenly hugged me tight and I turned around to see Boeun's face.
"Hello bro" she said with a smile on her face.
"What's with the love?".
I looked at her with raised eyebrows.
"My boyfriend is coming to visit me after school, hihi". Boeun said as she grinned.
"Omg so good".
I smiled at her happiness.

We walked into the classroom right before the teacher came in.
"Good morning guys", she said while putting her stuff on the lectern.
"Good morning Ms.Kim", everyone said in unison as they stood up. Ms.Kim gave us a signal to sit down so everyone sat down not taking their attention off her.
"I know this is only our second day of school, but we got a late applications to the school. Therefore a new student will be joining,
I hope you will take good care and befriend him since he wasn't here yesterday".
Ms. Kim turned to the door as a boy with blue hair walked through it.
I felt my mood dropping to the ground, so did my jaw too.
Through the door came Hyunjin with his bag over his shoulder. "What is he doing here? ".
Hyunjin bowed to the class and started to walk up the stairs to the desks.
When he was beside my row he turned to me and smirked.
Then he sat down beside me.
I could not protest or anything because the teacher started her lesson.
Throughout the whole lesson I deathstarred him, but he only gave me a smirk back.
"What does he want from me?".

When the lesson was over the first thing I did was to turn to Hyunjin.
I looked him in the eyes.
"What are you doing here?,
I didn't know you wanted to become a doctor".
He turned to me slowly and looked me dead in the eye.
Then suddenly his smirk came. "Since your incidents yesterday happened, Bangchan forced me to join your college to watch over you".
I was silent, I didn't know what to say.
I just turned to Boeun and looked at her.
As if she knew what I needed she stood up and dragged me out of the classroom, away from the nerve wrecking Hyunjin.
She dragged me all the way to the garden and we sat down on one of the benches.
She looked at me in excitement for me to explain.
I sighed.
"He is another friend of my brother. One of the mean ones, you know what i mean".
I lied to her like I did with the Kpop idol thing.
She just nodded as a hint for me to continue giving information.
"First I wanted to try to get along with him and get him to like me, but I have given up on doing that". She smiled while taking my hands in hers.
"He is hot tho". She said right out. We both started to get a lather cramp.
The rest of the break we planned what she was going to wear on her date with her boyfriend.
