ALICE AND WILL had been covered in goo and vines, both pale and sick. "Hop!" Joyce calls, seeing two young children tied in vines.
"Alice.." hopper says softly, everything felt like it was happening at once. Joyce and Hopper helped their children, feeling safer, and hopper placed a kiss on Alice's forehead.
ALICE slowly opened her eyes, seeing a bright room, and feeling someone hold her hand softly. "Hey" hopper says, few tears flowing down his cheeks.
"Dad?" She smiles, and he nods his head, feeling grateful. "I was just walking outside and.. and I-" she starts, but he cut her off. "Shh, you're okay, you're safe and that's all that matters".
"Okay" Alice smiles, "can we go back home?" her voice filled with hope. "Yes, once the doctors say that you're okay, we can get some ice cream, and then go from there" Hopper told the girl, who smiled and agreed.
"Happy you're home kid, I missed you" he added, "I missed you to" she replied, chuckling as he kissed her forehead.
