ALICE HOPPER scoffed, her arms crossing over her chest, glaring at the eggos that were placed into a paper plate.
Eleven sat in front of her, doing the same thing, until hopper walked in, feeling the tension. Thinking the two girls were in a argument, but it was him who was the problem at the moment.
"You guys alright?" Hopper asks, watching them glare at the food in front of them, and Alice sighed in frustration.
"Why can't you let el go to the arcade with me dad? She really wants to play with me, and she can't even see our friends that miss her!".
Hopper rubbed his head, sighing and understanding the girls protest, but wouldn't let them go, he wouldn't let him loose more of his kids, he just wouldn't.
"When?" Eleven says, waiting for his response, "when.. it's not dangerous anymore" hopper replies.
"On day three hundred? On day four hundred?" Eleven asks, anger slowly rising in her voice, "what are you doing? Counting the days like your some kind of prisoner?".
"When is soon?" Eleven asks repeatedly, "on day five hundred? Six hundred?! When is soon?" Eleven yells, desperate to see her friends, her family again.
"I know, I don't, I don't know!" Hopper struggles, not giving a specific date, which only made the moment worse.
"You lie." Eleven replies, "I don't lie, I pretext and I feed and I teach, PFT, can you remember that?!" Hopper asks in disbelief.
"You, are like papa!" Eleven sobs, her voice filled with cracks of anger, "really, I'm like that psychotic son of a bitch? Wanna go back into the lab?".
Alice flinched at hoppers words, "dad!" She warned, "you know what? You're both grounded, for a week." Hopper says, pointing towards Alice and el.
"No!" Eleven whines, "Ali didn't do anything! I just wanted to see my friends!" Eleven protested, giving Alice a look of guilt.
"Fine. No one's grounded, but, you two need to learn to control yourself's!" Hopper scoffs, and Alice felt like she didn't know him, she felt like Hopper always changed, his emotions, and his feelings.
And she was growing scared, but she hated to admit it, why the sudden change of heart? Why the need to be afraid of your own father? Alice didn't know, but she just felt it.
And her heart sank, feeling a sharp pain as her thoughts went on and on, so, she thought of something happier, Sarah.
