Gulki meets a fan, but it's far different than a usual meet. Every Gulkian dreams to meet Gulki Joshi. Meanwhile Gulki Joshi, as an actress, treasures all the love she receives from her fans and loves them too. Every Gulkian imagines Gulki Joshi as some character in their life atleast once in a while, for some, she's their imaginary friend. For some, she's their elder sister. For some, she's a special person and the list goes on to a never ending thing. She's a perfect inspiration to all her fans. Like all others, Mannat, who is an orphan, is a die heart Gulkian. Basically, Gulki Joshi is the only person in the industry whom she adores and aspires to be like. Like most Gulkians, she has a dream of meeting Gulki Joshi... She has spoken to her twice luckily on dm via Instagram. What happens when Mannat gets to meet Gulki Joshi, but not only as a fan.... What will happen when the tables will turn and Gulki will be more eager to meet Mannat more than Mannat herself. Why? When? How? Where? What?

This is a fanfiction, it is not mend to offend anyone's feelings. There might be a few examples or stuffs used in the story which actually happened in GJ's life. There might also be a few things included that did not happen in GJ's real life. This is a work of fiction meant for entertainment. Whoever wants, can read further if you don't have a problem with the content of the story. Also, Maddam sir survived the pandemic in reality, but for me, I'll not be considering the pandemic. For easiness, you can assume that for this story, it begins after 3months of Maddam sir's episode being telecasted on Television and we are done with the pandemic and this is year 2023 or, there was no pandemic, and this is year 2017... Whatever you please to assume.

Also, a story/book on such a plot has never been attempted on Wattpad (as per my knowledge) I'm the one doing it for the very first time (I'm talking about Yuki/maddamsir ffs) so I would need your reviews and comments after episode so that we can proceed smoothly. It'll mostly be a POV (Point of View) based story and will obviously includes the dialogues in the same way.

And, there's a request from my side, since this a new type of plot for all of us so keep patience and also, keep voting and commenting.

The story will proceed on the basis of its response and your suggestions. Also, there won't be daily updates.

A not so usual day in Kolkata:

Mannat's Pov:

Hiee, I am Mannat... Ab aaplog soch rahe honge ki surname kyu nahi bataya? Yehi toh problem hai na humare samaaj ki... Surname ka importance insan se jyada hai, ab Mai thehri ek orphan... Toh kaha se laau surname? Na mai Gandhi bhakt hu, jo baaki orphans ki tarah apna surname vaisa rakh lu, I agree he's the father of our nation, but mai toh unse mili bhi nahi... Toh mai nahi lagati unka surname... Aur pehle hi bata du, mai baaki bacho ki tarah kamzor nahi hu ki rone baith jaau jab society question kare about my surname... Mai mast defend kar sakti hu ki mera surname kyu nahi hai...

I was updating stories on Instagram, areh reels taaki Gulki dii dekhe and then humare bhagya mei ho toh ek reply ya reshare aa jaye... I know that is to much to ask for provided her fandom base is sooo veryyy big. But then kya kru? Ye Dil hai ki maanta nahiii... Hehee... I love her... You know her na? Gulki Joshi... Areh apni Maddam sir Haseena Mallik oops oops sorry... SHO Haseena Mallik😉

The voice of a lady came from behind "Mannat, ready ho Naa tum? Sab pack kar liya ho toh sabko goodbye boldo"

"Haa haa thik hai, huff", I replied, actually vo humare orphanage ki social head hai.. aur hum Aaj jaa rhe hai....

Gulki Joshi's Pov:

Hiiee.. I'm Gulki, known as Gulki Joshi to the world... Vaise toh duniya ke liye I am Haseena Mallik, the maddam sir, the person jo apni life mei kaafi sorted hai, aur nahi bhi hai toh maturely sab sort kar leti hai, I recently started with the show on Sony Sab named "Maddam sir" which has gained me a great fan following... I'm glad that the show is running well.. but the fact is Gulki Joshi is different from Haseena Mallik... I'm not that expert in solving things, but for my family... I am... Isliye toh I am here today, at mumma and papa's house instead of being in my house in Naigaon..  as per papa, he said there's some major problem that he wants to discuss with me, hence, I am here today... Vaise toh vo aur mummy jab bhi merko aise bulate hai, the usual reasons are to solve their mini fight, or some problem or because they miss me... Cute na? Yes, my parents are very cute... They love me alot, like the most, afterall, ek uske baad sirf yehi toh hai jo merse itna pyaar krte hai, only 4 people, my aaji, mummy, papa... And....

GJ's thoughts were interrupted by her mother:

Mummy: toh finally maddam sir ko shooting ke alawa bhi time mil hi Gaya

Gulki: kya mummy aap bhi, the show is really gaining good popularity at this time, that too within 3 months, toh as actors it's our job to give our 200% instead of 100% naa.. toh isliye thoda hectic ho jaa raha hai... Ab audience ko disappoint toh nahi kar sakte na...

Mummy: ha ha, puri duniya ka khayal hai tujhe, siwaye mere

Gulki cupped her mother's face

Gulki: kuch bhi kehti ho, Aaj idhar hi ruk rahi hu mai...  Dinner karke aapke paas hi rukungi, fir aram se kal shoot pe jaungi...

To this GJ's Mummy nodded with a smiling face that she'll get time to spend with her daughter, little did she know what was coming on their way

Mummy: Aaj shoot pe nahi gayi?

Gulki: areh, kal lamba chalaa tha, matlab kal night shoot tha, toh raat bhar chala, fir subah bhi ek hi baar krke aa gayi.. toh ab aur nahi Jana aaj, kal jaungi sidha

Mummy: soo Jana na fir

Gulki: ha ha, baad mei so jaungi naa baad mei, abhi merko apni pyaari mummy se thodi guftugu toh krne de (said in HM's style)

Mummy: jii bilkul maddam sir, baithiye na, karte hai guftugu

And both bursted out laughing and sat on the couch of the room having a random conversation:

Gulki: vaise mummy, papa kidhar hai? Merko bula liya aur khud janab gayab hai, aur matter kya hai? Aapne firse ladhai ki unse?

Mummy: nahi, mai kyu ladhungi, aur na ek second, mai nahi ladhti, tere papa ladhte hai merse

Gulki: achaa (asked with a questioning look)

Mummy: bilkul, acha ab mujhe nahi pata achanak kya kaam aa gaya unhe Jo tujhe aise bula liya, par acha hi hai na, isi bahane hume time mil gaya...

Gulki: haa, ye bhi sahi hai (said Gulki, still being in thoughts of why her father called her suddenly like this, he said it was very important)

Aajke liye bas itna hi...

Kya lagta hai? Kya hoga aage?
