The day passed and it simply just deflated you.
The only contact that happened between you and Kanato was when he held your hand going to class. But after that, nothing.
"Y/N! He's back right? Can I come with you?"
Y/F/N was the only one who still cared about Keith's return, the rest were either heads over heels with the trio or heads over heels with the trio.
Oh wait, that was the same thing.
"Y/N please!"
"What the hell would you even want to do there besides see Keith? Whom I am sure will only lock himself in his room or go out when you're there?"
She pouted. "Wanna talk about boyfriend problems?"
You tensed. She must've noticed Kanato's coldness. "I don't have any problems with him." You lied. "Besides, maybe he wasn't in the mood today. Or maybe he has something else on his mind."
"The bear, it's gone." She pointed out. "He's in one of my classes, you know. He wasn't paying attention, so one of my classmates nudged his arm and..."
Her story caught your attention. "And what?"
"And you're going to have to take me back at your house for me to finish what I said." She grinned.
"Ugh fine."
When you both arrived at your house, Y/F/N was ecstatic as ever. But as expected, Keith took off as fast as he can.
"Am I ugly Y/N?" She asked with a sad face when you both went up to your room.
"The fuck Y/F/N?"
"Just kidding, why have a Keith when you have a Thomas?" She chuckled. "Anyway, about Kanato..."
"Yes, what about Kanato?"
"Where did I stop again anyway?" She paused before continuing. "Ah yes, one of my classmates nudged him when he wasn't paying attention. Do you know what happened next?"
"No, why the hell would I ask you to tell me this?"
"Haha." She rolled her eyes. But then her face became serious. "He cried, Y/N."
"He cried in classes?"
"Not exactly. He cried out more like in pain. Now I usually get nudged by the same classmate and it's not full of strength."
"Maybe because he's a guy?"
"All the more reason why she'd nudge him in a gentle way. She's nudging a hot guy, who's loved by all of the female student population."
"Maybe she got too excited?"
"Maybe." You both fell into silence until your mom called you both for dinner.
