(The earlier chapters will be bad, I'll be slowly going back and editing them to be updated. Sorry - AW)

Cyan blinked several times, tears streaming down his face as he struggled to get his words out for the officer who stood in front of him. "Just start from the beginning." The officer spoke in a soft tone like she was a mother comforting her child.

Cyan looked up at the officer, he took a deep shaky breath in before stuttering out his words. "I- I.. Don't.." He paused before glancing around, he was sitting on the sidewalk's edge, lawns around him and houses with peering eyes staring out windows at all the police cars around.

He was almost scared to speak about it for some reason, for so long he was told to keep quiet about everything he'd witnessed and seen. "I- It started a few months ago.. When I tried to get my first g- girlfriend..?" He'd guess that was a good start.

He looked down at the concrete pavement he was sitting on, glancing at his ankles and how bruised and dirty they looked. He placed his hands on his knees, staring at his bandaged arms, tears slowly beginning to form in his eyes again. He caused this all.

He could barely even remember what his school was like, what she.. looked like. What any of his friends look like.

Cyan could barely think of how to start explaining, slowly he looked back up at the female officer and spoke. "I had just gotten to school.. And-"

He frowned, staring the officer in the eyes. The red and blue lights around them flashed against her uniform and face. "And I was walking through the hallway.. To m- my locker, to meet up with Orange- And-.." He hesitated now, not saying anything as more tears flowed down his cheeks.

He closed his eyes trying to remember that day, opening his eyes again after a few seconds.

He was in the hallway of his school, it was just how he remembered it. Yes, he's gone over this moment so many times. Crowded halls, tan painted brick walls. Trophy displays and classrooms, loud talking and yelling, groups of people.

Cyan gripped his phone tightly in his hand as he made his way through the crowded hallway, bumping shoulders with a few passing people. Crowds always made him nervous.

He had his wired white earbuds playing a random song, Cyan could barely hear anyone around him but he didn't really care that much. He wasn't trying to drown his ears in the sounds of loud talking and gossip he didn't want to be involved with.

He just needed to get to his locker and then to his first-period class, then it'll be less loud and nerve-wracking. As he made his way to his locker he looked up, his eyes piercing through the crowd locking eyes with a set of dark blue tired eyes.

Cyan started to smile, staring at his best friend Blue alongside Blue's other friend Orange. Orange and him rarely speak, but they're at least friends through Blue. As he made his way closer and into talking distance. Cyan spoke. "Hey guy \" He started to take his backpack off and reached for the lock that kept him from opening his locker.

"Hey, Cyan" Orange looked up from his phone, only to look back down after a few seconds, he was watching some sort of video on his phone. Orange was a redhead, with long straight hair down his shoulders, freckles along his face, and usually wore hoodies and baggy pants.

He was a bit chubby, 6'0, 17, tan white, freckles along his whole body but mostly along his arms and back. He has brown eyes and was someone who came uninvited to any backyard booze party. He was the lame kid you still kind of enjoyed being around. Cyan thought he was funny, just needed to blossom into his character a bit.

Blue was a dark brown-haired, dark blue-eyed, 6 '2, 17 pale white, average male figure, he had a bit of acne on his face but other than that he just looked average.Usually wore plain clothes, he didn't go to parties, and had a little below average grades. And liked to skip his free period class, when he should've been doing homework there.

Everything about Blue screamed average, unthreatening, and just a teen who needed to be in class more often. Cyan has been friends with Orange since this year through Blue, and he has known Blue since childhood. Blue had recently moved back and into the school district and they had reconnected in the past few months.

Blue stared at Cyan, thinking of what to say, he had his backpack on the ground, he didn't use his locker, neither did anyone else really.

"So Cyan, me, Orange, and purple were going to skip my free period and hang out in the bathrooms a-" Cyan closed his locker and looked at Blue, holding all his school supplies in his hands.

"I don't skip my classes" Cyan quickly shut that down, what if they got caught? Plus, Purple didn't really like him. Blue frowned a bit at this, he stared at Cyan's face into his light blue eyes and spoke again.

"Just this once..! It's a Friday, which means me and Orange are going to party at Purple's house while his parents are out on some business trip. You know how much I rave about his house. It's huge." He snickered looking at Orange. Orange perked up like a dog hearing the doorbell ring, just at the mention of a party. Orange looked at Blue raising an eyebrow, Blue doesn't ever go to Purple's parties.

"You don't even go to his par-" Blue hit Orange in the side of his ribs, making him stiff up and back off a bit. "Ow-! Okay-! Jesus.." The pain from blue told him to just go along with it.

Blue rolled his eyes and looked back at Cyan. Cyan saw this, laughing quietly before looking back at Blue. He thought about it, he was doing great in that class. He could always say he had some bathroom trouble and went to the nurse without telling him.

Plus he has a good reputation with the teacher. Like Blue said, just this once.

Cyan sighed and hung his head before looking back up "Just this once.. I'll think about the whole party thing though, I'm not a hundred percent on that." Blue smiled leaning against the locker again, he stared at Cyan with pure happiness. "It'll be fun I swear, you'll understand why we skip so much.."

Orange looked at Blue and away from his phone, the bell was going to ring soon so he put his phone into his waistband. "You just skip because your teacher lets you, mine hates me" Blue looked at Orange and narrowed his eyes a bit "That's because you skip and are a horrible student." Blue laughed at Orange, a slight glare in his eyes when he looked at Orange.

Orange rolled his eyes "Whatever, I'm off, see you losers later." He wasn't mad or anything, he wanted to meet up with a few of his other friends. Cyan watched Orange leave before looking back at Blue "Just this once, okay? I'm not doing this again" He sounded jokingly stern.

Blue nodded, smiling again. The hallways started to empty of people, making it a bit less loud now, "You got it boss, but you've really got to get out of your house more. You rarely come over, doesn't that get lonely?" Cyan shrugged, "I just like being alone, not much to get out for."

Blue put a hand to his chest, fake wincing as if he was in pain. "Ow! Ohh-! Not even for me? I invited you over several times last week!"

Cyan grinned a bit "Yeah to Purple's house, not yours.. You know what type of guy he is. He gives me the vibes of a spoiled rich kid who looks down on people like me for no reason." Blue smiled wide again, showing off his straight white teeth, he couldn't help but smile at anything that Cyan said.

"Maybe my dad will allow guests over eventually. Anyways, get to your class, you're going to be late." Cyan lifted his phone looking at the time, Blue was right he was going to be late. Asshole distracted him! Cyan's eyes widened a bit and he started to turn away. "Yeah yeah!"

Cyan started to speed walk away from Blue, Blue watched him walk away, his smile slowly falling. He glared, leaning off the locker and turning away from Cyan. He was walking the opposite way. Blue watched as Cyan left, all the way until Cyan walked around the corner.

Blue lifted a hand, biting his knuckle, something he did when nervous. He then mumbled something before turning around and walking down the hallway to his class. If he could just convince Cyan to hang out, to be alone with him. Thats all he wants, he doesn't want to hang out with Orange or Purple, he wants to be with Cyan. He only hangs out with them to keep up the appearance of semi-normalcy.
