Chapter 3: Princess of the Moon

3rd POV

Pale, fairy-like skin coated in a soft garm decorated by golden accessories. The Silverish long hair seemed like it would shine, getting in touch with the faint light of the moon reigning above the World.

Adding the long pointed ears sticking out of the slightly curled hair, almost majestic, and the unmistakable blue/grey shining eyes.

"Sitting on the window like that! My lady, you'll catch a cold with the weakened body of yours" A maid serving the Royal Family of the Sorcerers Dynastie Sarion

Obviously, we were talking about the First Princess, Evelyn El-Ru Sarion. Someone who's known by everyone in the Sorcerer's Dynastie for her outstanding beauty, even within the Sarion Family, she'S considered the one with the most exceptional looks known for their majestic looks.

What no one knew, of course, was that a once Human woman overtook their Princess's body.

"The night seems to be beautiful today" Evelyn answered, simply ignoring the maid's remark

"That does not change the fact that your bo-"

Evelyn tilted her head sideways, facing the maid directly, her blue eyes fixated upon the surprised face of the elf in front of her.

"Tell me, in this place. Who holds more authority? Is it you or me?" Evelyn confronted her, too tired to constantly deal with the overprotectiveness of the people under her.

The First Princess was known to act Smug and Cold at times gaining her Title: Princess of the Moon as it dominates the sky in the coldness of the night. Mu had no problems acting up as her authority allowed it.

"i-it's, obviously, the Lady who holds more authority than me, still I was ordered to watch over your well being, so please excuse my rudeness" The maid lowered her head

"You may leave now, and let my Mother know that I do not need a Babysitter anymore with my 2103 years, I'm old enough to handle myself well" Evelyn ordered and the maid instantly left the room, taking on her order.

'It is a lot more friendly than I imagined' Evelyn thought as she again let her sight strife over the night sky and the somewhat lively City below her.

Her thoughts swayed around again, remembering how grey the night seemed to her as she always worked night shifts at a grocery store. Compared to that, this seemed like a fairy tale in a world dangerous enough to die tomorrow.

She didn't like the idea of acting all high up but it was unavoidable, it would be even worst for anyone to find out that she was not the real Evelyn. It has been a few days since she accepted her fate, and ever since has decided to do everything to not change the story as much as possible.

Fear of a completely unpredictable future was something she didn't want to experience at all price.

"Evelyn! Oh, dear Evelyn..." A soft and soothing voice called out, although it was only hearable by Evelyn herself.

"I already told you, I won't form a Contract with you" Evelyn answered and added "So do not make useless effort in showing up in front of me"

Ever since three days ago, a spirit has called out to Evelyn, which would be a happy occasion for any elf as a Contract with a strong Elemtal would result in the evolution to a High elf, the problem with that is Evelyn was already a High Elf fused with an egoless Air-type Elemental in the past.
