New York City - In the aftermath of the latest superhero showdown, one New Yorker finds himself pondering an unexpected question: Could he be the next Tony Stark?

Meet Steve Smith, a 27-year-old IT specialist from Brooklyn, who recently survived a close encounter with flying shrapnel during the chaos caused by battling superheroes and supervillains.

"I was just minding my own business, walking to work, when suddenly there's explosions everywhere," recounts Smith, still sporting bandages from his encounter with the airborne debris. "Next thing I know, I'm dodging shrapnel like I'm auditioning for a role in an action movie!"

But rather than lamenting his brush with danger, Smith sees it as a potential turning point in his life. "I mean, think about it. Tony Stark was just an ordinary guy until he got hit by shrapnel and built a suit of armor to save the world. Maybe this is my chance to step up and become a superhero too!"

Friends and family, however, are skeptical of Smith's newfound aspirations. "Steve has trouble fixing his own Wi-Fi router, let alone building a high-tech suit of armor," jokes his sister, Lisa. "But hey, stranger things have happened in this city."

As for Smith, he's undeterred by the naysayers. "Who knows? Maybe I'll start tinkering in my garage, see what I can come up with. I've always been pretty good at building stuff in Minecraft, so how hard can it be?"

Only time will tell if Steve Smith is destined to follow in the footsteps of Tony Stark, or if his dreams of superhero stardom will remain just that - dreams.
