Izuku Midoriya couldn't wait any more! There were only 6 months left of Junior High and the freedom of leaving was getting closer and closer! For so long he'd been awaiting that day... to feel free from this school he calls a 'prison', along with the students who he calls 'misguided inmates'. But only 6 months, his final year after the past 3 was coming to an end!

"Izuku Midoriya?"

Not only was he so excited about leaving this school, he'd be working for one of the most famous heroes! He'd ran into him on a mission not long ago, but the two have a very strong bond. If anything, that in-particular hero views Izuku Midoriya as a son-like-figure.

"IZUKU MIDORIYA!"

"H-huh? W-what?" Midoriya shot up from his desk, panic in his eyes like he awake from falling in a nightmare. "S-sorry sir, what was the question?" The green haired boy asked, his cheeks glowing pink and getting hotter by the second from embarrassment. "There was no question, school ended 30 minutes ago, everyone's gone home or too their clubs."

The teenager looked around to see empty chairs and tables and crunched-up paper on the floor. "O-oh sorry sir, I didn't realise." Midoriya apologised, scratching the back of his neck then placing his belongings into his bag.

"You should be, the cleaners would've been getting ready to go home by now, but here you are... sleeping in school. I should give you a detention."

"B-but sir! I've been studying for the final exams! I haven't had much time to myself or even sleep as much."

The teacher glared at Midoriya with an eyebrow raised. "And that's why I shouldn't give you a detention?"

Midoriya gulped, "Well technically, it's way past the end of the school hours, so I wasn't really sleeping during studying periods."

"So?" The teacher asked. "So I shouldn't get a detention?"

...

"Hmm, well because you talked back to me with that statement, you'll have 30 minutes tomorrow after school. On top of that, another 30 minutes that you wasted of the cleaners time."

Midoriya wanted to challenge him, but with an hour already of detention- he didn't fight back. "Alright sir, see you tomorrow." The freckled boy stood from his seat and walked out of the classroom, his face still flushed but his eyes squinting from anger.

"And those exams you're studying for UA, I don't see a point in you doing it. After all, you failed yesterdays math paper!" The teacher called out from inside the classroom, yelling loud enough for Midoriya to hear him.

And with that emotion of anger and those words, he has the right to feel such a way- considering how this wasn't the first time he was picked on or bullied by his teachers. You'd think it would be your peers, but the teachers battled against Midoriya too.

Was it that he was too smart and sometimes corrected teachers mistakes after everyone else left the room? Maybe.

Or was it that he wanted to go to UA? Absolutely.
