I watch as the sun rises and look into the cribs where Arlo has just risen I bend down to brush the hair and mess out of his face. The small boy smiles and I pick him up and rock him gently as he wakes up "Is Hope awake?"
I turn slightly to see Rebekah in her night clothes "Not yet, I'm going to change Arlo and get him some breakfast"
Rebekah nods and gives us both a small kiss on the head as she heads over to Hope to watch the sleeping girl. I walk out and start the day as usual but not as usual the doorbell rings.
I place Arlo in his high chair making sure to strap him in as Amy watches him I walk to the door and open it. I smile when I see my favourite witch "Hello Bonnie how's life?"
I open the door a bit more and she walks in "Difficult as always"
I let out a small laugh and we make our way through the house "Want breakfast? we have baby food and blood"
Bonnie smiles as she walks over to Arlo and I hope Rebekah can hear us and doesn't bring in Hope "I'm fine thanks, Wheres Rebekah?"
"Just getting ready so it's probably going to take a while"
Bonnie nods and makes little faces at the baby which makes my heart melt she looks over to me "You made a beautiful baby"
That makes me laugh out loud and the happiness seems to spread to Arlo as he giggles along "Thank you and I'm sure Arlo would love to be held by his auntie Bon Bon"
Bonnie rolls her eyes and picks up Arlo "I have enough of that from Damon I don't need it from anyone else"
"Of course...so what did you need?.." Bonnie's smile falls and she goes an expression of guilt "It's fine Bonnie you need help you can have it"
"I'm sorry I feel like I'm ruining your little perfect family life but you seem to be the most helpful when it comes to anything"
I finish Arlo's food and walk over to Bonnie and take her from him and put him back in the chair "It's fine Bonnie what do you need?"
"There are two problems first being Caroline has a spell on her that needs to be siphoned"

I knew a lot about the stone actually I've done lots of research in my lifetime "The Phoenix stone is a stone that keeps vampire souls inside of it, it needs the sword to be stabbed into the chest of a vampire to take its soul I know Rayna Cruz was the one to wield it once you're marked by it she would hunt you until she collected your soul essentially, you can leave the stone and have your soul return to its body but it needs the stone and a powerful spell being trapped in it is torture and mind games"
