(time for angst 🙂)

A few weeks ago
At the leagues base

Late one night, Katsuki was laying at the end of Dabi's bed. He always has bad nightmares and he wanted to help him.

He saw Dabi starting to panic and spiral, so he went over and laid down next to him.

Dabi hugged onto him tight, pulling him close as he cried in his sleep.

Katsuki snuggled close, not moving or anything. He wanted to help.

Eventually Dabi calmed down, looking down at Katsuki. He hugged him close, gently petting his hair.

"Thanks pup."

Katsuki licked his face gently, licking the tears away. Dabi laughed, still petting him.

"You're a good boy." Nobody else ever helped him with his nightmares. He was always the one to comfort his siblings before he faked his death.

Katsuki smiled, snuggling close to him.

Dabi smiled, hugging him close and going back to sleep.

Present time

Katsuki showed Shoto a picture he drew, it showed him and Dabi cuddling. He and Shoto got pretty close and Deku and Kiri trusted him with the blonde for a few hours.

"You slept with him?"

Katsuki nodded, "helped."

"Helped with what?"

"Scary dreams."

"Ohh.." Shoto looked at the drawing again. He did have some contact with his brother after they found each other.

But he didn't know if he should visit him again or not.

On one hand, he helped turn Bakugou to this

And on the other hand, it seemed like he cared about him and Dabi was always a softie around people he cared about.

So he could atleast call.

He dialed Dabi's number, waiting for him to pick up.

"Hey Sho, you guys taking care of Katsuki?"

"You're okay with him being here?"

"Yea, Shiggy wouldn't let us teach him anything except how to kill. So it'll be good for him to be there."

"Did you hurt him?"

Dabi sighed, "yea I did. I admit, It wasn't right. But I didn't think it go so far. I even tried dropping him off at the school gates but nobody saw him or he just followed me back."

"Why did you hurt him?"

"I don't know, maybe I was angry or something. To be honest Sho. I think I might leave the league."

"If your interested Touya, UA has a rehabilitation program."

"I'll look into it."

"Want to talk to him? The class has been working on teaching him to talk again."

"Yea, id love too."

Shoto put the call on speaker, and Katsuki was excited. "Touya!"

"Hey pup."

"Miss you."

"I miss you too."

"Scary dreams go away?"

"I don't think they'll leave for good but I've been okay. I'll be there soon, promise."

"Pinky promise?"

"Pinky promise."

They talked for a little while longer before Dabi had to go.

Katsuki and Shoto colored for a little while before Katsuki fell asleep.

Shoto gently laid him on his bed, covering up in the blanket.

Shoto was glad that his brother wanted to help Katsuki and himself.

Hopefully the school lets him into the program.

If not, he can definitely find a way to force them too.
