Stan's pov

I was in my room, drinking, when there was a knock on my door.

"Stan?" My mom called.

I quickly hid the bottle, and answered her.

"Yeah mom?"

She opened the door, and look kind of worried.

"Are you doing okay?" She asked, "You've been holed up in your room since we moved back."

"I'm fine mom." I lied.

"We haven't been here in a long time, and school starts in week, shouldn't you be catching up with your friends?" She asked me.

"I'm not really close to anyone here anymore..." I sighed.

"I know, but maybe you should try to reconnect." She suggested.

"Fine," I said, getting up, "I'll go out for a bit."

I left the house, but definitely wasn't planning on seeing anyone, I just wanted my mom to stop worrying about me. I stopped by Tweek Bros to get some coffee. I walked up to the counter, seeing a boy with messy looking blonde hair. Even from behind, there was no mistaking him. He turned around, and looked really surprised and kind of annoyed.

"Stan?" He asked.

"Hey Tweek.." I said.

"Are you back, or just visiting?" Tweek asked.

"I'm back," I said, "my parents missed it here."

"Well, what can I get for you?" He asked.

"Just a small black coffee." I told him.

Tweek left the front to make the coffee, and I turned around, being face to face with another blonde I recognized.

"Stan?!"

"Oh uh...what's up Kenny?" I asked nervously.

He didn't look to happy to see me, not that I blame him.

"What are you doing here?" He asked, "I thought you were too good for us now."

"Uh, look, can we talk?" I asked.

"Oh now you wanna talk?" He rolled his eyes.

"Here you are Stan." Tweek gave me the coffee.

"Thanks.." I said turning back to Kenny, "I owe you an explanation and an apology."

"Fine." Kenny sighed, walking over to a table.

"So uh...first of all, I'm so sorry for saying I'll stay in contact with you all and just dropping you. That wasn't cool." I told him.

"Then why did you do it?" Kenny asked.

"I was stupid..." I sighed, "I just made new friends, and you know, sometimes, you just grow apart from people."

"Well you said 'first of all', so what else?" Kenny asked me.

"I understand if you don't want to, but I would love if we could just...rebuild our friendship?" I suggested to him.

"I don't know man..." He trailed off.

"Come on dude, I really wanna be friends again.." I told him, "I mean, last I knew Wendy was a lesbian, so I can't even get back with the girlfriend I had.."

"Well...we have been through a lot when we were younger," Kenny began, "and even though you seemed to have forgot about it, I can't."

"So, we're good now?" I asked.

"How about, we just see how it goes." Kenny said, as someone walked over to us.

"Hey Kenny!" I heard a familiar chirpy voice.

"Hey." Kenny smiled, standing up and kissing Butters cheek.

"Oh. hey Stan!" Butters smiled, at least there's someone who doesn't hate me, even though I stopped contacting him too.

"Hey," I gave him a small smile, "so uh...you two are together huh?"

"Since the end of junior year." Butters smiled.

"You would've known if you picked up your phone." Kenny rolled his eyes.

"Yeah..I guess you're right.." I said.

"So Stan, maybe we can go to the mall tomorrow?" Kenny suggested.

"Yeah," I agreed, "sure thing."

Kenny and Butters left, and I was left alone again. I was glad I could work on making ammends with Kenny, but there was one person I couldn't stop thinking about since I got back...

How will Kyle feel about me being back?
