Denwen

Alone

"Humph" Denwen grunted as he began to roll on the floor eventually hitting his head on a rock and passing out.

"Huh, where am I" it was a strange feeling that even though he knew he was in his body but he felt like he couldn't control it. Denwen noticed himself running around playing with his favorite toy in his room in what used to be his home.

"Your majesty that's enough play for now" El'run approached him but he just stuck out his tongue. Denwen couldn't help but smile when he saw this, although it wasn't too long ago. Running away form El'run the door suddenly opened hitting him on the head causing him to land on his bottom

"Ouch' he groaned as he rubbed his closed his eyes while rubbing his head. He later felt himself being lifted of the ground as the person that entered the room carried him.

Opening his eyes, he saw a familiar face "Uncle Seth" Denwen said with a smile. He couldn't help but flinch when he saw his uncle's red hair, and all too familiar brown eyes but the next moment the room caught on fire as Seth's eyes became dark red as he looked towards Denwen with so much killing intent he couldn't move, his right arm then fell off becoming an eye with wings as it flew away. Denwen felt something warm touching his fingers as he turned behind and saw the decapitated body of El'run holding his head in his hands as blood poured out from his neck and head. A head whose smile went from Jaw to Jaw as it opened its mouth to say "Denny boy, thank you" trying to run from that figure he bumped into Seth as he watched himself slowly being eclipsed by the growing size off his uncle who was now holding the head of his father.

"No" Denwen kept on struggling as he wanted to end this torture when his father asked "why" this statement left him in a frozen state as he watched his uncle slowly bring down his palm crushing him like an ant.

"Arrrrghhh" he screamed as he woke up sitting upright, he looked around still panting heavily "It's already night huh" he said as he slowly stood up to look at the night sky.

"Where the hell am I" he thought as he sat down and folded himself up "I should probably find a place to hide, maybe I will just keep on moving till I find shelter" he stood up as he begun to move eastwards.

GROWL

His stomach made a loud sound as all the stress had made him hungry "damn it, I have been walking for so long now where the hell is civilization" he said as he used every ounce of strength to pull himself along, he had been on this gruesome journey for close to six hours now as he could see the sun breaking through the horizon. "Huh is that what I think it is" he smiled when he approached a grown bush that had colorful fruit sprouting out. Just as he was about to put them into his mouth a scene played in his mind as El'run appeared

"Remember your majesty there are various kind of berries out there and not all are edible" Denwen paused as he looked at his hands and later shook his head to clear the image "Well what's the worst that could happen" he said as he began to stuff his mouth full with the berries,

"Hmmm, so juicy" he squealed with pleasure as the juices poured down his lips. Suddenly he felt a heavy pain in his stomach as he held it "seems like these are the wrong berries" saying this he ran to find a tree to empty his bowels "I haven't eaten for close to a day and what's the first thing that happens once I eat, to empty it back to nature" he thought with a frown as he relieved himself.

RUSTLE

The bush nearby begun to shake as a rat the size of a dog walked through it as it came face to face with him while he was still squatting, it was blind as it trusted its nose to located prey and shelter, this was the blind walker that was a stage zero disaster that normally walk in packs as it usually took a group of stage one awakened to stop their rampage. But here it was in front of him. If the blind walker had eyes, they would both be staring at themselves.

"I just have to remain calm" Denwen tried to encourage himself even though with the rate at which his heart was pumping it could power up a generator. He stood up slowly as he begun to move side ways "I just have to remain calm" he repeated as he begun to walk away

SNIFF SNIFF

The blind walker started to start as it perceived the sweet smell of prey but it was mixed with a horrible smell scrabbling its sense of smell for a bit, but after a while it turned to face its prey. Denwen seeing this, instantly felt that if he remains there his father's sacrifice would be in vain "Oh shit I can't remain calm" he said as he quickly got rid of his pants throwing it towards the blind walker, the pants had a bit of feces on it as it landed on the nose of the blind walker causing in to shake as the strong smell hit it

SQEUAL

The blind walker squealed loudly as it begun to pursue through.

PATAPATAPATE

His legs were running as fast as they could carry him as his footsteps sounded out. He suddenly began to feel the ground vibrating as if there was a mob running towards him. Looking back, he saw the blind walker closing up on him very quickly and behind it were five more walkers

AHHHHHH

He began to shout like a pregnant woman who was in labor. Looking ahead he saw a large ditch, he looked back and saw that the first walker had already opened it mouth to snap it in half, well having no other choice he jumped the very instant he reached the edge.

The ditch was quite deep as it was almost forty feet deep

THUD

His body landed with a thud as he looked up seeing the walkers retreat once they lost track of their prey.

He then closed his eyes and said "good bye short life, at least it wasn't in the hands of a stage zero beast" he smiled as he thought "do they even have hands?"

BUZZZ

A buzzing sound was heard floating above hishead, opening his eyes he saw a bright light floating above his head "huh,what's that" out of curiosity he raised his hands to touch it but as hisfingers was about to reach him it flew directly into his head knocking him outcold.
