I have been eating a lot of fried greasy food, junk food and snacks ever since but I need to change my eating habits. I decided to ask someone to give me some healthy advice of what I should eat and that is Jessica Williams, so I decided to start on my diet journey eating healthy and lose some weights without exercising!!! I was working as an assistant teacher at Mini Miracle's, and I ask her to write down the food that I should eat, and she wrote chicken, fish, shrimp and vegetable, she wrote no bread, no cheese/dairy, no rice, no pasta, no potatoes and no red meat/pork!!! Then mom pick me up from work and I said Mom, I'm decided to start on my pesce-pollotarian diet only eating chicken and seafood!!! No bread, no cheese or dairy, no rice, no pasta, no potatoes, no red meat/pork so I did change my eating habits!!! I only did bake some chicken and fish, sauté some shrimp and use steamed frozen vegetables or canned vegetables, I used Birds Eye Frozen Vegetables Asian Medley, broccoli/cauliflower or broccoli/cauliflower/carrots and I used canned green beans and Lima's beans and lemon juice for my water!!!!
