Epi - 6

Ayshu’s POV

Today’s exam was a mess, how could they include such questions after we got fewer classes due to the coronavirus? We reached the stand around 5.00 pm, I was so hungry but I decided to get something to eat when we reached the Mellatur bus stand, so we got on the bus, as usual it was so crowded. We got barely enough space to stand properly. Anugraha was looking around like she was searching for someone.

‘I thought he would come again’, she said with a sullen look.

‘Who?’

‘Who else? Anzar’

‘And what made you think that he would come again?’, I can’t find any logic in her voice.

‘Because I have a feeling that he would come to see me again’, what? How can she be so sure about the feelings of someone whom she met one day before? I found it ridiculous.

‘How can you say that he wants to meet you again? I mean come on, you guys just met yesterday and he didn’t do anything to make you feel special and here you are assuming that he would come again to make you treat like a queen, no offense but I find it ridiculous’

‘Oh so you are saying that he did all that to get your attention, I don’t think so Aysha, he seems like a model and guys like him prefer girls like me who is more bold and adventurous, not someone who is afraid to even speak loudly, no offense but I don’t think you are not worth the shot’

I never wanted his attention, he seemed like a nice guy but hitting on a man on the first day of meeting him is not my cup of tea.

‘I don’t know what made you think like that but honestly I don’t find any connection with him, he is a nice guy but I would never date someone after meeting him just once, that’s not my type.’

‘Whatever’, she said and diverted her attention to the phone.

The conductor was collecting the cash so I extended the money to him and said ‘One Mellatur please’

‘Oh your ticket was taken care of’, I was shocked.

‘Taken care of, by whom?’

‘By him’

When I looked I was shocked, it was none other than Anzar himself.

‘Oh my god’, Anugraha exclaimed.

Anshu’s POV

I could certainly say that she was shocked, to be frank, more than just shocked. I could see the confused state on her face. She may be wondering why I was here in the first place

Ayshu’s POV

I can’t believe what I saw, yesterday he told me that he needs to see a friend, that’s why he is coming with us, but today why is he following us? Is he stalking us? My mind was confused and I can’t find a clear definition for the mystery, is it true that he found Anugraha attractive and that’s why he is following us? Maybe it’s true.

‘See I told you he is interested in me, and that’s why he is following us’, she said with such pride in his voice. I didn’t know whether she is right or wrong but I couldn’t figure out anything now. So I kept quiet.

Throughout the journey, I was just looking at him then and there, and all the time I found him looking at us, but every time he diverted his gaze whenever I looked at him.

AT MELLATUR BUS STAND

We reached and Anugraha walked straight to him.

‘Are you again visiting your friend today or is it just an excuse to follow us?’
