Readers POV

I wanted to immediately go and help but Loreen dragged me up into our chambers again until we stood in our room, making me frown and complain about her actions, knowing there is no time we should waste. „What are you doing? We need to go help Fenrir as soon as possible! I-..."

I got interrupted by getting slapped across my face by her, making me stumble backwards as I hold my cheek that immediately got red, looking at her in shock. „What was that for?" I ask her and she turned to face me, I could see there were still tears in her eyes.

„Why? You ask me why??! (Y/N) You died! You were dead in my arms! How can I just continue like nothing happened?! No...I am not going to do anything without thinking twice about it again. I need all of us to be overly prepared if needed! And you...you should rest now. I don't want to lose you again..." She said and I understood what she meant but still...she didn't have to slap me.

I went into bed without a word just a little sniff could be heard. I hate it when Loreen and me are fighting and she knew that. So she moved beside me soon after and immediately caressed my cheek she just slapped not long ago. „Does it hurt baby?...I didn't mean to..." She said and I just looked at her, seeing in her eyes that she meant what she said. I knew she wasn't aggressive at all and this just happened out of the situation. „It's okay..." I answer with a little pout and she let out a soft sigh, pulling me closer to her chest.

„I won't risk anything again...I don't want to be distracted by a little thing again and then risk another bad situation. I love you...I love you so much I can't even tell you, there are no words for my feelings. My whole life just fell apart when I saw you stopped breathing..I just-.." She bit down on her own lower lip, trying to keep herself from crying as she pressed me so tightly against her chest.

„Loreen...you won't lose me again I promise. We have a huge power helping us out and guarding us now. Have faith in Fenrir...and I promise you to be more careful. Remember what we said? We will go through everything together. Our family won't lose this fight, we already won a lot, we even won against king Draven. Now we can win against our human enemies as well..." I try to cheer her up and she listened to my words, nodding her head in response. „You never leave your spark do you?" Loreen said I just chuckled in response before pecking her lips. „No...I never give up."

And so we both fell asleep into each others arms, wishing I would never have to let her go again.

The next day we were all together in the main hall again just this time we were all ready to leave. We needed to cross the ocean to leave the island and get on the other side where we will have our hopefully last battle.

We got two boats we are going to use to get there, one used by me, Loreen, Kaarija, Bojan, Alessandra and the rest if the family along with one or two guards and the second boat will be filled with soldiers that will help us out over there in battle.

We have some stuff gathered together. La Zarra and Samira made sure to get enough food and something to drink along with Luke, Alessandra made sure to pack some medical stuff meanwhile Kaarija and Bojan made sure everything else is there. It feels weird for me to go into fight again, the last fight I learned so much about myself and the last time I wanted to protect Loreen...something bad happened. Deep inside I didn't know how this will end. I only knew we needed to try it. Hiding here on this island in our castle won't change anything. Things even get worse as we noticed before...they will send out spy's or other people to fight us and destroy our peace so...we needed to do something against it and today we will finally do. After all those years, we finally did something.

On the boat we all got a little nervous since leaving our home wasn't a easy choice. Especially not leaving our villagers behind like that but we left some soldiers and guards there to take care of the people that we left on this island.

The boat was big enough for us all to have space to sleep, me and Loreen having our own cabin. However...right now we were all together, watching the waves and hoping everything will be fine.

„You guys okay?" La Zarra asked and I just nodded my head. „Yes. As long as we are going through this together again everything is alright." I added, looking up at the sky as I thought about Fenrir. I knew he was here as well...I do have faith in him.

Everything will be fine...
