Chapter 12

Readers POV

I was about to melt into her touch, wanting to kiss her more but I just can't right now, I knew we had to go on and she knew as well. There was still something I needed to tell her, I didn't know how this battle will end. I knew Loreen was mad and full of rage to get revenge to what this Man's spies did to me so I was extra scared that she might do things that will bring her into trouble.
She saw me hesitating and thinking so she stopped as well just before she could leave the room and turned away from the door to face me again. „What's wrong?" She asked and I bit down on my lower lip, grabbing her arms to pull her closer to me.

„Loreen I-...you...I mean..." She saw me struggling with what I was going to say, I didn't think this was the best moment to tell her but I want her to be extra careful and she will be once she knew this so I grabbed her hand, about to place it on my stomach but before I could the door opened with a huge force, La Zarra standing in the room. „Found them!!" She yelled and grinned widely because of her victory, raising an eyebrow when she saw us both having a puzzled expression on our faces. „Huh? What's wrong? Aren't you happy we reunited?" She went on and I immediately let go of Loreen's hand and nod my head. „Sure! Of course we are happy La Zarra! Come on we need to fight the head of this organisation!" I say and stomped out the room like I wasn't almost spilling the biggest news but La Zarra did see the gesture and leaned closer to Loreen with a smirk. „Congratulations." She said but Loreen didn't really get it, everything went so fast, way too fast. „What do you mean? For surviving? We are not done yet." She said and followed me out the room, leaving La Zarra behind who stood there with a shocked expression, catching Alessandra's attention.

„What's wrong vampie? You just found them, that's good! Let's go!" The younger said but La Zarra stopped her for a moment.

„Stop. I want you to take extra care of your sister since misses super alpha didn't get anything." The female vampire said and Alessandra just tilted her head a little. „Huh?"

„Alessandra...you need to take care of (Y/N). You will take care of two people at the same time as it seems...congratulations auntie of three." La Zarra really didn't hesitate to spill the tea, making Alessandra almost screech out of happiness but she shut herself up by holding her hands against her own mouth. „Yes Ma'am!!"

„What did you want to tell me?" Loreen asked me as we walked through the hall, wanting to find a way up again but all we could see around us was blood and dead corpses of test subjects. They definitely caught some vampires and werewolves but never got what they were searching for. I decided to just let it be, my hint wasn't clear enough or better it would have been if La Zarra didn't interrupt us but of course I was happy we all got together again. „Nothing...just be careful papa wolf..." I said before kissing her cheek and keep on walking, Loreen stopping in her tracks as she looked at me stunned.

„Did you hear that?! Eeeek! Amazing!" Alessandra couldn't hold back her happiness, everyone else chuckling as they walked over to Loreen who still stood there shocked. „Ey did you lose the ability to walk? I noticed it from the beginning I put my foot into that room...anyways slow poke you should be now extra careful." La Zarra added as she pushed Loreen to make her walk again, she was still shocked but her protective instincts now got even more stronger. „My wife is..." She mumbled to herself and Alessandra just chuckled. „Yes!" The younger one squealed and that was it. The Alpha did realise what was happening and it only made her more alerted for everything.

I kept on walking but suddenly someone grabbed me by my hand and when I turned it was Loreen, pulling me back closer to her again. „(Y/N) you're..." She started and I looked at her with a soft smile, she had tears of joy in her eyes but I let her go on. „You...you died...I almost lost you and...and now you are blessing me with another one? How can I...god...if I knew I would never let you go with us..." She said and I shook my head, smiling to show that everything was alright as I move my hands up to cup her cheeks and wipe away her tears. „No...I just found out not long ago...plus I am not a bowling ball at the moment so who said I am not able to fight?" I said, trying to light up the situation a little bit more but she kept me close like the biggest treasure she never wanted to let go and it warmed my heart.

„Baby I-...I am serious you shouldn't be here...I am so happy...but I am also so scared now..." She said and I sighed a bit, knowing this will make her feel worried but that's exactly what I wanted. I didn't want to tell her later, I wanted her to know about it now so she will fight like she never did before to protect their loved ones. I said it on purpose before everything was over.

„Hey...it's gonna be fine Loreen. Fenrir is here with us, I can feel his presence. His anger already destroyed many places and even killed those who deserve and now...he will help us kill the head of this bad organisation. We will be fine." I tell her and kiss her lips once more, smiling softly and she pulled me back closer again to kiss me even more deeply with a lot of passion as I can still feel her cry.

„I will win this fight...for you...for us..." She added and the others were watching us in awe, all nodding their head in approval.

We will win this all together...
