Oh, Y/n! Sun called out happily as he skipped up towards me. Oh, hey, Sun. What's up? I have a suprise for you! Sun giggled. Oh, really, because I have a suprise for you too. Oh, you do? Please tell me! Sun begged happily. I have decided to be your friend. Oh, really? That's wonderful! It's too bad, though. He said.
Huh, why I thought you wanted a friend? He nodded. I did, but now I want something different. He said. Oh, don't leave me in suspense. Do tell! I said excitedly, happy that Sun was moving on from his crazy obsession.
I want a lover! He shouted excitedly. I choked on air and looked at him shocked. Sun, are you joking? I asked hopefully. Nope. He smiled. I want a lover. He repeated. Moon wants one, too. Sun smiled.
I gave an awkward laugh. Is that so? Yep. He smiled. Is that your suprise? I asked. He nodded with a grin. I'm so glad you found something that will make you happy, Sun. I smiled, trying to get past this awkwardness. Me, too. He said with a smile. Thank you, Y/n. He added, pulling me into a hug. Uh, sure thing. I hope you find somebody who is perfect for you. I smiled genuinely, meaning it.
I already did. He said. Oh, good for you, Sun. Hopefully, they will open up the daycare again soon so you can see this person. I said with a smile. I'm sure they will, but I don't have to wait for them to open the daycare to see my special person. He said with a smile. Oh, do they work here? I asked. Nope. He said. Keep guessing. He added with a playful smirk. I thought about it. They don't work here or go to the daycare. Is it a parent? I asked. Nope. Sun said, giggling. Keep guessing. He added. Oh, is it Moon? I asked. Eww, no way! Sun said with a look of disgust. Moon is like a brother to me. He added confidently. Oh, sorry. I said, now clearly embarrassed from my statement. That's okay, Sunshine! Keep guessing. Sun encouraged me. Hmm. Is it another anamatronic? I asked. Try again. Sun said in a sing-song tone. I thought hard. I couldn't think of anything else. Okay, Sun, I give up. Aw, already? He asked. I can't think of anything. Who is it? I asked.
Sun suddenly smiled the biggest smile ever. It's you! He shouted over enthusiastically. He gave jazz hands for a bigger effect.
I coughed, choking on my own spit. Me?! I questioned. Sun nodded happily. Isn't it wonderful? He questioned happily. No! It's not! Sun frowned. Why not? He asked. Sun, I don't like you that way.
You just said you wanted to be my friend. Sun said obviously confused.
Sun, friendship is different from love. I said. Not much different. Sun said.
I don't love you! I shouted. Sun frowned. He started glicthing hard and started laughing and crying at the same time.
I backed up from him, scared. Why don't you love me?! He asked, sounding heartbroken.
Before I could awnser, his voice took on a sinister tone. I will make you love me. He said and looked at me dead in the eyes. He took steps towards me, and without thinking, I ran in the opposite direction.
Oh, Y/n! Sun called out. Come here! He added. Come on, love, you can't hide from me. He added.
I ran and went to hide in the play structures.
I could hear him laugh. Are we playing hide and seek? He asked out cheerfully. I love hide and seek! He shouted. Ready or not, here I come! He shouted, and I could hear him walking around the daycare trying to find me.
I stayed hidden in my spot and held my breath, afraid to make a sound. You are really good at hide and seek! He called out. I think I should get a reward if I find you. He said. I couldn't help the curiosity inside of me. What kind of reward? I asked loud enough for him to hear. He chuckled. I don't know. He said casually. I was thinking something special. He added. What's special? I asked out of curiosity. His voice held the sound of a smile as he said his next words. Oh, I don't know. Something maybe only you can give me. He added. I couldn't help myself and again asked him another question. What could I do? I asked. He chuckled. My dear Sunshine, you could do so much. So very much. Sun said.
What do I get if I win? I asked. If you win, I'll let you go. He said. If you win, you can leave and never come back. He said.
What happens if I lose? I asked curiously. You have to stay with me forever and do something special for me. Sun said.
What?! No?! How is that fair?! I yelled. It's not. Sun said.
So what do you say, Sunshine? He asked. Are we still playing games? He asked.
I thought it over. There was no chance I could ever escape if I came out of hiding. If I played the game, I could at least have a shot at winning. But was I crazy enough to bet my future on a game?
Oh, what the heck? If worse came to worse, I could always refuse to hold up my end of the bargain.
I nodded to myself, happy with my decision. Only I didn't know that Sun had the same idea.
Okay, Sun. Game on! I said. He giggled loudly like a child.
Perfect. He said. Best of luck to you, dear Sunshine. He added. I can't wait to see what life will be like having you here. He added. Big talk from you, Sun. Oh, Sunshine, you have no idea. He said.
Well, then. Let the game begin. You're on, Y/n. Sun said as he began searching for me.
