"Witch Hunters!" Ambrose's voice thundered through the Academy, A heavenly Aura lingered through the dimly lit school. I quickly prayed my satanic prayer before Prudence ordered everyone to scatter. I helped the students find safe spaces before returning to The Weird Sisters.
"I'll stay back and help you three secure the Academy." The weird sisters and I came up with a body-disintegrating spell to cause them more harm than good. We waited as their footsteps entered the room. Missionaries, they called themselves, It all seemed off, I could sense it.
I never really questioned my opponent's power, most of the time I would be able to beat them in a simple spell. But they were different. They had power unlike any other, I could feel it. It lingered off of them, could they be some celestials?
The two figures finally arrived, at quite a rushed pace might I add. Looking around seeing no signs of witches the blonde girl asked "Where are they?" If only the crossbow holder would just wait a second.
"Nearby." If only the boy knew just how "Nearby" we actually were.
"Witches! Warlocks! Come out of the shadows. Come, that you may stand and be judged for your sins."
"No need to yell." Prudence exclaimed, as she finally took off the invisibility spell. Surprise was what was on those holy people's faces. "We're here."
I appeared behind the two and made them drop their weapons. Considering they are like millennium years old, if they were indeed celestials, I expected more of a fight.
"And you should not have come to this place, hunters."
Agatha and Dorcas finally arrived and we began the spells. " Ardrelamastro, Martarastar, Frocus."The two missionaries were now on their knees, their minds eating itself to sand.
"That pain in your head is your brain atomizing into sand."
"And that heaviness in your chest if your lungs hardening."
"And that sting through your body is your blood boiling"
"And your hearts turning to stone"
"I want you to remember who did this to you. We are no ordinary witches. We are the daughters of the Church of Night. Powers gifted to us by the Fallen Angel, Lucifer. No false god roams in these halls. This school is under our protection" Prudence may have been pushing it but I'd say we won the fight.
We all smiled embracing our victory until we heard church bells and them chanting. Everything around me started warping around me, my head was consumed by agonizing pain, and blood dripped from my eyes, ears, mouth, and my rune symbol. I screamed but to no avail, until everything went.
Black.
...
"Baphomet. What unspeakable thing could have done this?" Scratch spoke inspecting the now crushed Baphomet statue which stood in the middle of the Pentagon room. The whole Academy seemed to be off, no student roamed, and Pictures of the princes of hell now found comfort on the ground, shattered.
"Are we too late?" Aunt Hilda asked no one in particular, despair filling her tone.
"Nicolette? Prudence? Agatha? Dorcas?" No answer came back to the Blonde haired witch, which caused even more worries. "Where is everyone?"
Ambrose's body shriveled as he fell to the ground, a dagger stuck straight into his chest. He was joined by his Aunt and Cousin who frantically checked the Darkskinned warlock. "Thanks for the chicken..."
