And the clothing he's wearing isn't what he'd wear in the daycare, it's more of just some dress up and the style he really enjoys. (The normal clothes he wears is his uniform, however he also thoughtfully enjoys it as well!)

Human!Sirius has albinism (I think that's what it's called when you're an albino, right?) and very poor eye sight, glasses can't help but he isn't quite blind. So he just opts to keep his eyes closed.
He acts the exact same as usual, he has very soft skin (like... the man has a whole skin routine and schedule.)
I like to think he'd be that one HELLA rich friend who doesn't brag but doesn't realize it isn't exactly normal to have money falling out your hind end so they just casually say something like "oh, your car broke down? Here! Let me buy you an entirely new limbo that's fully customized!" With pure innocent intentions of helping his friend stay safe and show he loves them.
