So, I haven't worked out all the details, but here's the general idea:
Khaos is a Voidwalker. A being who was born from nothing, he has no relatives or anything of the such.
He is able to shift his form, for example he can become the silhouette of a small child and mimic voices. However he cannot make himself bigger then his original size (6ft).
Khaos is very unintentionally sarcastic and, I guess, numb to feelings. That's not to say he doesn't feel them, he just doesn't understand them properly. For example, if somebody was crying, he would be completely confused and lost on why they're even showing such emotion.
However, on the VERY rare times he does cry. His tears are acidic and burn whatever touches them, expect for himself. However the burns aren't severe and more like touching a hot glue gun briefly.
When Khaos speaks, his voice seems to have a strange echo to it. Like you know when you're watching a dramatic movie and there's that "disembodied voice" that has the before echo? I hope that makes sense... I'll try to find a video if I do! But that's what he sounds like. His voice isn't masculine nor feminine!
He's ambidextrous ;]
He ADORES the color hot pink.
When he was first "born" or created. He was very very small. At most, 4 inches tall. He was very curious and very easily entertained and excitable.
He has been alive for over 200 years and when he was younger, he had to be bottle fed (He does have a digestive system and everything else and can get sick, however he can't taste anything.) for most his life since the peoples who took care of him often spoiled him, so he didn't have much independence.
He loves to scare people and can blend in flawlessly with the shadows, making it easier to stalk and scare.
He can climb on any surface, his favorite places are the vents and ceiling corners.
He doesn't have bones! So he can complete spin his head if he so wishes and twist his body a full 360° without worry.
If he was human, he'd have very very dark skin, bright baby blue eyes and fluffy black hair.
I think that's all I have right now...

Oh! He's also very loyal. AND he becomes essentially invisible to those who dislike him. So, normally, everybody can see him. If they start to dislike him, that person only won't be able to see him. He can still interact with them, but they can't see or hear him in any way until they learn to like him again.
If somebody he loves (or that loves him) (like a close friend or adopted/chosen family member) dislike him, they can still see him, but if they stop loving or caring about him, then they can't anymore.
