Quirk 1 name: Blood manipulation curdle
Quirk 1 description: When the user looks at or touches the victim it allows them to manipulate the victims blood and if the user allows it, it can curdle their blood and they can use it on themselves to create weapons and objects.
Quirk 1 side effects: Their eyes glow when in use or when they partly use it. Has to eat anything with blood or they get malnourished and sometimes faint randomly.
Quirk 1 drawback: If overused the user passes out or goes unconscious for however long depending on how long the user uses it for.
Quirk 2 name: Control
Quirk 2 description: It allows the user to control objects or people similar like mind control but it controls the person's body just by staring at the victim and the quirk activates.
Quirk 2 side effects: They need at least 12 hours of sleep everyday. The eye colour changes to a faint red when activated. Can skip sleep for a maximum of 3 hours or they pass out if skipped for more than 3 hours.
Quirk 2 drawback: If in use and someone touches the user the quirk goes haywire from being distracted and if overused and they skipped more than 3 hours of sleep they pass out even if the quirk is in use.
Tsuka's backstory: Tsuka lived with her abusive and alcoholic mother, her dad and sisters died in a car crash when she was 8 and ever since then her mother always drinks or verbally and almost always physically abused her.
When she turned 12 she ran away and used her savings to survive until she got a part time job at 13 and when she got enough money she brought her self an apartment.
