In the chapter "Stalker" my friends were confused on a bunch of concepts so I'm gonna explain them.
When Matt says his age in days (he's 17) basically , he's does this because he likes to celebrate his birthday everyday, instead of every year .
Also, when he compares everyone to animals , he does this because it's easier for him to understand. He uses the fox and the rabbit as a metaphor . It's weird and complicated but you have to realize. This is the mind of a madman.
