Ch. 5: Psst! In Here!

A/N- Heyyy! Sorry this took so long! I've been busy with school and shit lol
Have this YT vid I made a while ago btw- it's got all of the characters in it!
Let's start!

"Okay... that was... odd." NuSky looked towards the next door; it looked as if it had been booted open. Rush must have slammed it open. The lights had also shattered, causing the room to be pitch black.
"Oh no... I hate the dark..." SCUM Sky was already shaking. This was no lie. The girls had sometimes stayed over at each other's houses and there always needed to be a light on for her.

The Faker rolled her eyes. "Ugh, come here, dork." She went up to SCUM Sky, holding her to the chest. It was an odd sight considering the Faker was shorter than SCUM Sky.
"Hah, gay." NuSky gave a smug look, even though she could barely see the two in the dark.
"Nu! S-she has a boyfriend!" SCUM Sky's face went pink in embarrassment. Faker Sky's face went pink too, but in fury.
"Why I ouGHTA-" She left SCUM Sky, pushing her away and into SkyBlue. She charged for NuSky, but ended up just walking into a closet.
"...If it weren't pitch black right now, you'd be fucking dead, NuSky."

They managed to reach the next room somehow.
"...Nu, didn't you bring a flashlight with you?" OG Sky looked at her in confusion. NuSky was always prepared, so surely she'd brought one.
"...Uh..." Oh well. Looks like she'd blown it.
"Wait," TruSky turned on her, "You had a flashlight... this whole fucking time... and you didn't think to use it in that dark-ass room?!"
NightSky started to leave the dark room; she was slightly slower than the rest of them. "Guys, save the fighting for when we get ou-"
"Psst!"
They all froze.
"I-I'm assuming everyone heard that..." SkyBlue looked around in fear. "It wasn't just me...?"
"PSST!"
"Fakies...? That wasn't you was it?" SCUM Sky was still shaking from before.
"Huh?! Does it look like I did that?" Faker Sky looked at SCUM Sky in disbelief, as if it was incredibly ridiculous to ask such a thing.
"P S S T !"
"Okay... whoever's doing that, it's getting SUPER ANNOYING. Stop." NightSky was starting to groan in annoyance. She looked around at the others, and then noticed Ski. She was staring back at her, eyes wide in shock and fear.
"...Ski...? What's up..."
"Pow... p-powpowpowpow..." Ski sounded pretty much broken.
"B-behind me...?" NightSky slowly turned around...

...and what Ski was getting all worked up about was worth getting worked up about. Behind NightSky, in the dark room, was a small creature. It was blobby, had glowing white eyes, a massive evil smile, and five long tentacles circling around its body.
"Psst..."
It was, without a doubt, what was making that noise. NightSky started at it for a second, and the thing looked back at her. They were both frozen, looking at each other in shock. And then...

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHH!" NightSky immediately started screaming, which for some reason, also caused the thing to scream, run (fly?) off and hide.
"...why'd it run off...?" OG Sky was just looking at it the whole time. It was a bit surreal to her.
"Because it's weak."
All of them jumped at the Faker randomly speaking up again.
"A weakling would fight or kill, not RUN AWAY LIKE A COWARD!!"
Faker Sky said that last part extra loud into the previous room, hoping the entity would hear her.

...Nothing. Maybe the thing had run off in actual fear.
"...Night, next time, let me do the screaming," The Faker looked at NightSky with a bored expression, "Only I do the scaring in here."
"Y-Yes, ma'am..."
