"Jaaccckiee, where did you go" cried out Rapunzel. She hated playing hide and seek in the woods because she always got worried that she would get lost.
"BOO!!" Screamed Jack as he hung upside down from a tree. Rapunzel screamed, she turn and ran, running straight into a tree.
Jack started laughing uncontrollably.
"You're so funny, punzie" he smiled, jumping down from the tree he helped her up.
She giggled seeing the funny side of her failures.
"I wish you didn't have to go" muttered Jack. Kicking a branch into the river.
"I wish I didn't have to go either, but hey, good friends last forever and we are best friends" replied Rapunzel.
"Raaapunzeeeeeel, time to leave" called out her mother. Rapunzel gasped. She ran over to Jack hugging him causing him to fall into he river. He started laughing. He pulled himself out and put his hand out for Rapunzel to grab. She accepted his hand.
They hugged goodbye, as tears streamed down both of their faces.
"I'll never forget you Jackie" cried Rapunzel.
"Promise you'll come back someday Punzie" cried Jack. They both let out their final tears and Jack pulled away.
"I promise" Rapunzel said, wiping her cheeks. Jack smiled, then started laughing at his soaking friend. They ran back together.
"There you are, cmon we have to go" smiled her mother.
"Omg you are soaking what did you do" laughed her mother, helping her daughter into the car.
The car pulled away leaving Jack standing alone, he waved up goodbye until he no longer saw the car, until he no longer saw her, Rapunzel.
