I Found You, At Last

Chapter 1

RAPUNZELS POV
It felt good to finally be home, in Arandale, she felt like she belonged. Unfortunately her old home was occupied by another family so her mother and father bought a new house by the lake that was near her old house; near the woods.

I picked a room that looked like a tower, it had a small balcony and curved stairs leading into the room, it was small but spacious. It felt like it belonged in a movie.
Walking into school felt weird. I was never in this high school seeming as I left Arandale when I was 8 years old.

I went to the office and got my timetable. This whole place felt surreal, I felt like I didn't belong. I hate making new friends, I'm awful at it. I approached my locker and looked at it with confusion. How do you open this?? I was struggling to open it, I nearly gave up when I heard someone say;
"Need a little help". I turned around to see a familiar face. It looked like my old best friend, Jack, but my Jack had brown hair this Jack had white hair.
"Punzie" he said with a surprised tone. I laughed and gave him a huge hug,
"I've missed you, Jack".

Jack hugged me back. His arms felt so strong, it was a change. I looked up and smiled. His icy blue eyes pierced my heart.
"So what happened to the hair" I laughed pointing at the white hair.
"Haha very funny, I thought it would be a nice change, what about you your hair grew" he shot back grinning.
"It's the same colour though" she laughed, playfully hitting his arm. He made a funny face and dragged me away from the lockers.

"Where are you taking me, I don't know you, stranger danger" I joked, grinning at my own joke. Jack turned suddenly facing me. His face nearly touching mine. If he wasn't holding my arm I'm sure I would have melted in his presence. I felt my cheeks going red. " I want to introduce you to my friends" he smiled, proud of my obvious blushing.
He continued to walk on still dragging me. He was the hottest guy I've ever seen, Jack, my best friend.
