Mikaela hasn't gone to school in two months her mom has Mikaela doing classes online till she feels like she can go back and face Nate her mom got the school to work with Mikaela till she feels safe Mikaela hasn't talked to her mom as much as before she blames herself for letting Nate that close to her at all knowing that he was Maddy's ex well now boyfriend. Maddy and Nate ended up not getting back together because he just stopped talking to her there are rumors that he's sleeping with Cassie. which Mikaela thinks is funny because she always thought that Cassie was a hoe. Mikaela is in the middle of doing homework on her bed and she gets a phone call it's from Maddy hey I know we really haven't talked but can I please come over? I really need my best friend, Maddy says as she cries on the phone are you okay??? come over Maddy I really missed you I'll be there in a few minutes Maddy responds  within a few minutes the doorbell rings and she opens the door to see Maddy and Kat Maddy runs up to Mikaela and hugs as she cries  what happened Mikaela says he's sleeping with cassie she cries they went behind my back he's been sleeping with her since new years that makes sense now that Nate stopped talking to Mikaela you know those two months you skipped Maddy asked well that bitch started dressing like me legit coping everything I do to get his attention

mikaela's pov:

I don't know how to respond to that I hate seeing the fact that Maddy is so upset. But I also feel really guilty now because I was with Nate for a while I don't even know if I should tell Maddy she's already been through so much
I asked Maddy and Kat if they wanted to stay over and have a sleepover they both agreed to it Mom was super happy to see Maddy she and Mom got along really well.  The whole night Maddy told me about the whole Cassie and Nate thing she told me that I needed to come back to school and that she needed me there. I told Maddy about the choking situation with Nate she told me that Nate choked her at the carnival because he didn't like the way she dressed I didn't know any of this happened I was so stuck in my own world sneaking around with Nate.  So there's something I need to tell you, Maddy. What is it? Maddy asks I know that you probably don't need to hear this right now but I was sleeping with Nate when you guys broke up this has been eating me up alive and I feel so guilty and I feel even worse because Cassie has chosen him over you I say Maddy looks at me with a sad look  I already know about it Mikaela and no I'm not mad at you you're still my best friend.  I know how Nate is he makes you feel special when he wants you and then when he doesn't he's your biggest enemy Maddy says wait what when did you figure it out? I ask one day I came over here wanting to hang out with you and I saw Nate's truck here. Maddy, I'm so sorry I hope you can forgive me. Already forgotten about bitch you my bitch for life Maddy hugs me and smiles
