Chapter 9

Denki's pov
i never ended up falling asleep i just laid there, i got up and i got dressed into a pair of black sweatpants and a black hoodie i pulled my shoes on and i went to  the main area.

hey i have something to do but i'll be back later and when i get back toga and i can show you that thing we told you about. i told everyone.
toga come here for a second, i motioned her over.

she came over to me and she sat on a bar stool so hitoshi is meeting me at the coffee shop the one at the end of the tunnel and he is bringing one of his dads the one that helped me when i was a kid he told me he wanted to talk to me to offer me help but i want back up incase anything goes south will you go with me? i asked her.

of course i will denks let me go change into something more appropiate then we can head down, she said.
just meet me in my room we'll take my ladder, i said

she nodded and she walked off and i made my way back to my room.
a few minutes later she came back wearing a pair of black leggings and a dark green hoodie with her hair down.
we climbed in and went down we made our way across the long hallway to the other set of ladders and we climbed up and we were behind the coffee shop.

we walked to the front and i saw them already inside.

i'll pay for your drink himi but sit at a table on the side of the cafe i'll signal if i need help, i told her.

she smiled and nodded as we walked in she got in front of me in line and we made our way to the front of the line she ordered and stepped to the side and i ordered, i gave the barista cash and she walked in the opposite direction i went to the other counter and i  waited about 10 minutes later my cup was handed to me so i went over and hitoshi stood up and he hugged me, we sat down and i could see present mic's face light up with recognation.

i dont know why i didnt realize it before but now i see it your hair your eyes your lightning bolt for the longest time i thought you had a brother and thats who i had in my class i never thought it was you, i tried for so long to find out where you were after everything that happened i kept running in to brickwalls than when i contacted CPS to get your caseworkers contact info they told me that he had quit and they couldnt find you to assign you a new case worker i had no idea you had been sent back there that was my worst nightmare i dont know why shota singled you out and forgot about you but now i want to make it up to you anything you need i can help you get i heard about what happened to your parents i can help you with dealing with the officers if you want to go in the house or even get the house jsut let me know and i'll make a three way call for us and the officer, i can help you with food if your staying with people i can help with food for all of you if there are any essentals that you all need just let me know, i really want to make up for all the years where you had no support, he said.

its going to take a lot of time, money, and help to make up for the all the years of torture i went through that you can blame your husband for but if your genuine about helping and you prmoise you will not turn me in cause the moment i walked in i could tell that he told you i was a villain, i said
actually no he didnt tell me that you joined the villains he told me that you felt like a villain and that you feel like you should join them because of what happened to you, mic said

i appreciate the gesture present mic and i will take you up on it but its going to take me a while to trust you again, i said.
i understand that denki and you dont have to call me present mic anymore you can call me hizashi and here, this is what i can give you a month, he said as he pushed an evelope over to me.

i opened it and isaw several hundred dollars worth of cash inside this is really appreciated but this is a lot i've never had this much ever, well you need money to survive and this is a typical amount that would cover all expenses that you would have to pay in a typical month, he said.

and i'll take you up on the offer to help with contacting the officer, i stated.

i pulled out my phone and wallet and and i handed him the officers card and he typed it into his phone and he sent the first message and passed it to me to read,

this is denki kaminari reaching out to officer finlyn regarding getting into my parents house i have done some thinking and i have decided that i would like to get access to the house so i can claim their savings as pain and suffering payment and possibly get the house so im no longer homeless and can have a safe place to call a home if your free to meet later this week please message me back at this phone number, im having to use my teachers phone number since i do not have a functioning phone number this phone number belongs to present mic and he will relay all messages back to me when hes able to,
i nodded so i handed it back to him and he hit send.

we talked for a little while longer till we finished our drinks. i got up and i threw away my trash, i looked over at himiko and she gave me a smile, i smiled back and i went back to the table.

i should be heading out i have a lot to do today hitoshi has my number when the officer messages back let him know and he can give you my number, i told hizashi.

he nodded and i got up and walked out the door and himiko was right behind us, we walked back around the building and i opened the hatch and i let her climb in first and i followed her down.

once i was in i closed the hatch and we made our way to the other side of the hall back to my enterance.
i pushed open the door and we climbed out.

we went to the main area where everyone was sitting.
all right guys come with us and we will show something really cool, i said they followed me behind the bar and i pulled the bar mat out of the way and i pulled the hatch open where i saw the slide.

the slide is very new so it might be a bit rough going down the first few times, i told them as i went down.
i looked up and everyone came down.

i saw them all looking around and some had looks of amazement on their faces,  okay so we have an empty hallway under us how is this special? shigiraki asked

well theres more. we can use this hall as a supply hall but follow us, i said

they all followed me down the hall dabi complained a couple times asking how long the walk was, we got to the end of the hall and i pointed up, that hatch up there leads right up and it kicks out behind a coffee shop and down is where the really cool stuff begins, i grabbed the ladder and i slid myself down on the side of the ladder pole while everyone else climbed down.

okay let me get the light, i said, i felt along the air in front of me for a couple feet till i felt the long string i pulled it and the light turned on, i saw everyones faces light up everyone follow me, i said with a big smile.

right here is my room, over there is toga's , and down here tomura and dabi are right across from each other, kurogiri you spinner and twice are down at the end of the hall and theres even still 3 bedrooms left over, theres still 3 bathrooms and a kitchen room , i explained.
you two did a really good job getting this cleaned up and set up for everyone i dont even know how i never knew this under here but your right this will work perfectly if the hero's plan a raid. tomura said as he walked off and started examining everything.

we went back up to to the top floor and her and i went around and showed them where all the enterances were surprising everyone no one noticed the doors in their closets

we went back up to the main floor and everyone went back to the main area.
