Summary: Your casually scrolling through colleges and trying to find out which one you want to go to.
Notes: Diamond Peak College - tech college which has a lot of teenagers who just want to get school over with and want nothing to do with you. Heck! the teachers aren't there half the time!

Your parents have been hounding you for a while now about college. It was always college this college that when you were fresh out of high school.
It was one of the causes for you to move out of their house.
So to make your life easier and their lives much less stressful you decide to go college hunting.
You were mainly wanting to go into any science field and wanted to study the stars but you kinda failed all your chances at that hehe. By failing all the courses in highschool they gave you for astronomy that is.
You started to look more in-depth with science fields because man there were a lot of schools for science but they had high standards! All A's really?!? You could get B's but not As!!
You then decided it was time to stop college hunting for today and headed into the kitchen. You headed to the kitchen and saw Von Ryan was drinking coffee, sitting on the purple stool, and on his phone tapping away which was the average tuesday for you.
You started to grab some bread from the counter and put it into the toaster. You pushed down the handle and the toast started to get toasted. While that was cooking you grabbed some butter from the fridge and grabbed a knife.
You also thought maybe I should make some toast for Von Ryan.. Yeah that seems like a good idea.
You grabbed more toast and put it in the toaster and started to wait some more.
"Don't you know the saying a 'watched pot never boils'"
"Yeah but it's not a pot though"
"It's implied to be for all things"
"That's dumb"
You glare at Von Ryan for a bit and he returns it. Then the toaster clicks and pops up.
You didn't want to continue the glaring contest anyway. Thank you toaster!
You went to go grab your toast from the toaster which smelled delicious by the way. You grabbed and buttered the toast and put a plate on the toast in front of Von Ryan.
He looked at you and then at the toast.
"I made you breakfast. You looked hungry""
"Okay" (D)
"What? No thank you?" (YN)
"Fine. Thank you" (D)
"Your welcome" (YN)
You sat next to him and ate your toast which tasted really good might I add.
You went to go get your laptop from your room to be able to go college hunting since eating breakfast was just a break from the task at hand.
You bring your laptop to the table and start to look up more colleges.
Von Ryan leans over to look what your doing.
"What are you doing?" (YN)
"Watching." (D)
"Okay...." (YN)
You started to look at more advanced colleges you know you won't get into and apply.
"You are not going to Harvard or Columbia University" (D)
"Why not!" (YN)
"Have you seen your grades?" (D)
"Well- uh- um." (YN)
"That's what I thought" (D)
Not even 5 minutes later..
"How about Diamondback Peak?" (D)
"What's that?" (YN)
"It's a college for science." (D)
"But what kind of science?" (YN)
Von Ryan shrugs.
"Well better look into it I guess." (YN)
It was a very nice college it wasn't anything like Harvard but man it was right up your alley!
It had a lot of classes and options like, biochemistry, astronomy surprisingly, geoscience, medical laboratory science, Bio physics and much more!! This is perfect but. It feels like your forgetting something..
"Hmmmmmmm" (YN)
"What" (D)
"I feel like I'm forgetting something. Something that's pretty relevant and is kinda important" (YN)
"Huh. Try to retrace your steps and it might come back to you" (D)
"Okay I'll try it might not work though."
20 minutes later...
"Ah ha!!!" (YN)
"Ow" (D)
"Sorry I just remembered what I was going to say!" (YN)
"Well spit it out before you forget" (D)
"I just remembered someone in my family went to DBP!" (YN)
"Cool" (D)
"Cool? COOL?! THIS IS AMAZING NOT JUST 'COOL'" (YN)
"Could you please stop shouting" (D)
You breathed slowly in and out to start to calm yourself down.
"Yeah sorry about that but man! I'm going to need to talk to my family about this and figure out who!" (YN)
You got up from your seat and started to head to your room with your laptop in hand.
You were so happy to remember someone in your family went there! It was amazing!
Well now all you need to do is make a few phone calls and try to find our who this family member is and seek them out!

Notes: Also no hate to any college if it was implied those schools are great and I was trying really hard not to say anything about them that was hateful!
