8-Forestclan's Rabbit

The wind howled through the barn door strongly, making Ivywing's head raise.

"Ivywing, come on and eat, were leaving soon!" Windstorm meowed as he jumped up with a mouse in his jaws, Ivywing sat up and stretched with a yawn.

"Morning..?" Windstorm meowed as he walked to Ivywing's side, dropping the mouse down in front of Ivywing.

"Thanks" Ivywing yawned as she cut open the mouse by the belly, before quickly eating the mouse.

"Geez, you're hungry, you ate that mouse full" Windstorm laughed, "But let's get going." Ivywing standed up and pounced off the crate with Windstorm.

Patches was waiting at front of the barn door, shivering a bit,

"With short fur, this wind has a bite" Patches meowed as Windstorm and Ivywing got near the barn door, "It does not have a bite to it" Ivywing meowed, "You have long fur Ivywing" Patches growled as his tail flickered.

"Just follow me, you two" Windstorm meowed, making Patches and Ivywing follow him.

The wind was strong as they left the barn, howling loudly, making Ivywing's eyes cry a bit.

Ivywing's steps were heavy, as Ivywing trotted in front, "There, we need to get there!" Ivywing hissed loudly, making sure Windstorm and Patches could hear her as she pointed her nose at large trees grouped together.

"That's the Great Pines!" Windstorm meowed loudly, "Hey, I know that forest" Patches smiled.

Patches blinked to turn in front of him,

"Let's run!" Ivywing hissed as she started to run, followed by Patches and Windstorm.

"Is making it worse, my eyes!" Patches hissed, tears streaming down his cheeks as he ran.

Ivywing dashed into the Great Pines, making the wind stop mostly, the wind still howled through the pine trees.

Out of breath, Ivywing breathed deeply before a dash of wind ran near her side.

"You two boys ok?" Ivywing asked as she stared at Patches, "Yup" Windstorm coughed, couching down to make himself catch his breath.

Patches nodded before he lifted his chin to sniff the air.

"This is great we're in the main forest, I think" Patches sighed, turning around behind him, Ivywing walked in front of Patches with worry feeling, "Come on" Patches meowed to Windstorm.

Ivywing padded with her head raised, before stopping near an empty field.

"Wow" she meowed before trotting into the field, "this is nice" she thought as she felt the breeze slow down on her pelt, before feeling a pressure on her back.

"Why are you here?!" a bold sounding cat hissed, "Rabbitstar, is a loner!" another meowed, trotting to the Ivywing's side.

"I'm no loner!" Ivywing snapped back, making her tail flink like crazy under the leader's grasp.

"Then, where are you from?" the Leader questioned Ivywing with narrowed eyes.

"She's a former Kittypet, like me" Patches meowed as he walked out of the trees with Windstorm behind him, looking a bit tired of all the cats they saw.

The light brown leader turned her head to Patches and Windstorm, making her ears raise to a mid level as her brown warrior with her looked at his leader and back at Patches, not paying attention to Windstorm really.

"I'm Patches, and this is Windstorm with me, and that's Ivywing you have under you, my leader..?" Patches meowed, before questioning himself at the end of his sentence, the leader sighed and puffed out her chest before padding off of Ivywing, "I am Rabbitstar, the leader of Forestclan'' Rabbitstar meowed, "and this is Mudclaw" the leader's tail point at the brown Tom who was at Ivywing's side, speaking.

"So, what's Kittypet life like?" Mudclaw asked as he stared at Ivywing with a serious look, he seemed to calm down more.

Ivywing thought of what to say, feeling a shiver down her back, "You don't have to say" Mudclaw added as his paws shifted in the grass.

"Ivywing we gotta get going!" Windstorm meowed so loud that Ivywing could hear him, Ivywing and Mudclaw turned to Patches and Windstorm.

"I'll see you, maybe Mudclaw" Ivywing meowed before trotting to Patches and Windstorm.

"Thanks for the food Rabbitstar '' Windstorm mumbled calmly with three moles in his jaws, "your welcome, let Moonclan lead you three to your soon to be new home" Rabbitstar purred before walking to Mudclaw's side.

"Good luck travelers" Rabbitstar meowed in grace, giving a warm look to them, but Patches gave a 'death stare' at Mudclaw, growling under his throat, making Ivywing looking back and front at Mudclaw and Patches.

Ivywing shakes her head quickly before following Windstorm who was ahead of them both.

"Hey, wait up!" Patches squeaked, rushing over to Windstorm and Ivywing, making the bell on his collar ring.

Ivywing slowed down her speed for Patches to catch up, "are you and Mudclaw ok?" Ivywing asked as she looked at Patches as he came to her side, he nodded happily before walking faster to Windstorm.

Ivywing knew Patches had a good friendship with Windstorm and herself, but does Patches not trust Mudclaw? But he trusted Rabbitstar, so why not Mudclaw?
