Danganronpa: ultimate surveillance operator

New Classmates

I enter the main hall and the first thing I see is a big vault door with two turrets mounted by it. It seems no one has gotten here yet. I look at my watch and the time is 7:30. So it has been a one-hour difference, though I doubt it has only been an hour. There is no way anyone can install a vault door with turrets in an hour.

I lean against a pillar on the left wall beside a shelf filled with awards. I wait for the other students to arrive.

After a few minutes, students start to appear. There were 15 students present at the moment, including me. and a short time after 8:00 another student enter the main hall. 

"Whoa, hey! Another new kid?" A guy with very massive dreadlocks points out.

The boy has light brown hair, and an ahoge sticking out of it.

"Huh? Then you guys are all...?" The ahoge boy responds.

"Yeah... We're all new here. Today's supposed to be our first day of class." Responds a little girl.

...Is that the famous programmer, Chihiro Fujisaki? I hired her before to make a program to help me manage my surveillance more easily.

"So counting him, that makes sixteen. Seems like a good cut-off point, but I wonder if this is everyone..." asks a fat boy who looks like a hamster.

I feel like there should be another student here, though.

The boy with the ahoge looked around the room nervously and started to talk,  "Um...how's it going? My name's Makoto Naegi. Sorry I'm late. A bunch of stuff happened, and then all of a sudden I was just...asleep." 

"Whoa, you too?" The dreadlocks guy gasps.

"Things just keep getting curiouser and curiouser..." A girl dressed in gothic Lolita ponders.

I have seen her before at one of the places I have had under surveillance. She got kicked out very fast from that place.

"So strange... I declare beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is a strange situation indeed!" the hamster guy declares. 

"Um... what are you talking about? I honestly have no idea what's going on right now." Asks Naegi. 

But before he can get his answer another student speaks up. "Just a moment! There's something else we must address! Makoto! Your tardiness is unacceptable! Surely you were aware the meeting was to start at 8 a.m. sharp! To be late on your first day is unspeakable! I must report you, and you must accept your due punishment!" The student wears a military-like uniform. He is way too loud, though. I think his name was Ishimaru Kiyotaka. He is the grandson of the former prime minister.

"What's your problem? It's not like he *wanted* to be late. He didn't have any control over it" A girl with bleached strawberry-blonde hair dressed in a school uniform defended. 

Is she Enoshima perhaps? I believe I did some surveillance at some event she was attending at some point...But when was that? I know it did happen but I can't remember when. I should have an excellent memory, but something feels strange, I feel like I should remember something but it's like it's being blocked. how frustrating.

Another girl speaks up. "Everyone, just calm down! Listen, why don't we all go around and introduce ourselves?"  She is a cheerful girl in a red tracksuit jacket. 

She has to be that famous swimmer.

"The hell!? Now's no time for friggin' introductions!" An aggressive-looking guy with a pompadour shouts out. He is that biker gang leader, Owada Mondo. I have seen them around before.
