Lucian Dardanos' POV

A glass shattering howl echoed through out the castle and the pack lands, Cole ran into my office breathlessly. "Lucian!! Did you hear that howl?" He asked breathlessly trying to get his breath back. "Yes, I did. That howl was a distress signal from Liv!" I realized and I jumped out of my chair. "Get everyone searching now!! She's at Derek's house in his pack territory." I commanded, he bowed and left. She was getting stronger and stronger but the pain from what Derek is doing to her is intensifying rapidly.

I paced back and forth in my office thinking about what he's done to her, I ran my fingers through my hair stressed. Wyatt brought Maeve into my office, Maeve was shaking terribly and tears poured down her face. "Alpha, she's trembling badly and she can't stop crying." Wyatt informed me and I took her into my arms holding her on my hip. "Mama's in trouble...h-he's hurting her." Maeve sobbed into my shoulder.

"Shh baby, I've got everyone looking for her. I'm going to search for her in a few minutes okay? Daddy will bring mummy home safely." I stroked her hair and she started to calm down, she reached out for Wyatt. He took her back to her room and I went for a shower and got ready to kill him for taking my mate. I slipped my blazer on along with my crown before striding out of my room and to where my guards and pack was gathered.

"A week ago my mate, the Ultima was kidnapped by her abusive ex rapist Alpha mate. The howl earlier was a distress signal from her wolf. Today we're going to get her back and kill the Alpha who took my mate. Since he took her, I have felt every single thing he's done to her." I spoke coldly and pack members gasped and growled lowly. 

"He's raped her, threw her against walls, injected her with wolfsbane and silver, whipped her and abused her." I continued and mine and Lavinia's pack growled and urged to go. I shifted into my massive black powerful wolf with a white star on my chest. All of the pack shifted into their wolves and I led them to Derek's pack.

We ran fast, not stopping once, I was going to get her back now. Today. Another loud howl escaped into the air making the ground beneath us shake slightly. I halted in my tracks, I howled loudly into the sky followed by the rest of the pack. We began to run again, his pack was in the far north of Canada. Nightfall came quickly, we stopped at Eastern's pack. In the morning my pack and Eastern's pack joined together as one massive pack to save Liv.

More distress howls escaped into the air, the ground shook again and we all howled. I ran faster than the two packs, we got closer and closer to Derek's pack. His guards that patrolled the edge of his territory stopped us and I growled at them making them submit to me. They moved out of our way as we forced our way into Derek's pack.

I ordered the massive pack to search the pack land as I forced myself into Derek's house. It was on the far end of the land, away from the packhouse. I heard whimpering, wincing and whining, all from Liv. I ran up the stairs of his house, into his room to see her crying, whimpering, wincing and whining. He was ontop of her, she was strained to the bed and I growled loudly before pouncing on him getting him off of my mate. I pinned him to the floor under him, growling, snarling and barring my teeth at him.

"L-Lucian..?" Her voice was weak and shaky. I bit down onto his throat killing him immediately before shifting to human. I rushed to her side, I took the chains off her and I cradled her in my chest. "Shh baby, I'm here now. I've got you" I whispered in her ear as she sobbed in my chest. I stroked her head as she sobbed into me. After a few minutes I felt her go limp, I pressed two fingers to her throat to check her pulse. Her pulse was steady, she must have passed out from crying so much.

I carried her out of his house and outside where the two packs waited for me. I nodded and they all shifted back to humans, I called for about twenty six limousines for my pack and Eastern done the same. I got into the Royal limousine with Liv on my lap, the chauffeur drove back to our castle quickly. Once I got to the castle I carried her upstairs to the bathroom. I filled the bath with warm water and I squeezed some shower gel in so it'd get bubbly.

I gently rubbed her arm and her eyes snapped open with panic, she looked around everywhere then her eyes landed on me. "L-Lucian...? I-it wasn't a dream you found me.." She whispered before wrapped her arms around me tightly and she started to cry softly into my chest. I held her in my arms as she cried softly. "It wasn't a dream baby, I'm here. You're safe with me, he's dead. It's okay now" I stroked her head softly and she calmed down.

"Y-You done me a bath..?" She whispered sounding slightly shock. "Of course I did baby." I said softly and she took her clothes off. I closed my eyes being respectful as she stepped into the water and sat down in the tub. "Y-You don't need to close your eyes Luc" She said quietly. "I want to baby, I don't want to make you uncomfortable." I knelt down at the side of the tub holding her hand loosely.

"N-No man has ever cared if they made me uncomfortable before.." She whispered and my grip tightened slightly. "Baby, I will do anything to make sure your comfortable. I care about if you feel comfortable or not." My thumb brushed against the back of her small hands. "I fucking missed you kitten." I mumbled and her hand started to play with my hair. "I missed you too Luc..." She whispered back.

"Lucian...could you...get in with me..?" She asked me softly and I nodded. "If that is what my kitten wants" I mumbled standing up and she nodded. I striped my clothes off, getting into the bath behind her. She rested her head against my chest and my arms slithered around her waist. "I missed your touch so much baby." I kissed the crown of her head and she looks up at me with a soft smile. "It feels good to be back in the person I love the most arms" She whispered.

She puts her head against my chest again, she played with my hands as she relaxed against me. "The night you was taken, my mum died and Faye left with Alastair" I spoke up after about five minutes of silence. "Soren told Lyric and Lyric told me...I'm sorry about your mum" She said softly, her eyes were filling up with tears. "Dickhead, he chose to speak to you but not me. Wow he has some nerve" I muttered and she giggled softly. "I think we know he likes me more than you" She said with a subtle smile. 

"Mhm" I hummed and I placed a soft kiss on her neck. "Mine forever" I mumbled playfully and she relaxed against me. Liv began to wash herself and me then rinsed us off and washed my hair for me and I washed hers. I lifted her out of the tub and got out myself wrapping her in a towel and a towel around my waist.
