After a hard day's worth of training, it was only beginning for the 3 turtle hermit pupils training under the great Master Roshi. Before the rooster would even wake them up they would get an early rise and skip across the island delivering milk before breakfast time. Constantly zigzaging though a road of trees as they were taught and climbing up the high mountain stairs as well for endurance. The training seemed hard but it was only gonna get harder from there...meanwhile various fighters from across the globe were preparing for the World Martial arts tournament getting in there own training including Yamcha of course. But Goku Caulifla and Krillin were putting themselves through hell.
Goku: Huff...! Huff...! I barely made it this time!
Caulifla: Puff...! Puff...! My legs are killing me!
Krillin: My whole body is killing me! I'm just glad it's over...!
Roshi: Hm? What's that now kid?
Goku: He..Huff! Said he's glad it's over!
Roshi: I didn't make you my pupil just so you can make unfunny jokes Krillin! That run I sent you 3 on was only morning exercise!
Goku: Huh?!
Caulifla: Wha?!
Krillin: Ehh?!
Roshi: Now it's time for mid-morning exercise kids!
Krillin: Ohh...!
Roshi: This time you're gonna be using your hands for some agriculture, for that man over there!
Roshi said pointing out to a farmer in a field that he was tilling that wasn't to far away from them.
Goku: Agri-wha?
Krillin: Ugh...
Caulifla: What're we even doing?
Krillin: He means we're gonna be digging with our hands out in that field.
Caulifla: Our hands, that seems much easier.
Roshi: Excuse me sir!
Farmer: Huh?
Roshi: Listen, this field...don't worry about it. I'll have these 3 take care of it for ya. They could use the training.
Farmer: Oh, of course Master Roshi I understand. Thank you very much.
Roshi: No problem pal. Alright kiddos let's get to work!
Krillin: First we're milk men and now this?
Goku: Man I'm hungry...
Caulifla: Me too...I hope Launch cooks us something to eat when we get back.
Goku: Mmm...
Caulifla: Hey, anything tastes good when you haven't eaten all day! Especially when we're training!
Caulifla said trying to raise Goku's spirit and take his mind off his empty stomach for the time being.
Goku: Yeah...you're right! If that's the case I'm gonna train hard!!
Caulifla: Me too, let's go Goku!
Krillin: Hey wait for me!
Krillin said following behind the two strong and determined kids out towards the field to put in work.
Farmer: I won't just leave them out here, they are kids after all. I'll just supervise them.
Goku: Okay, let's do this.
Goku said spitting onto his hands and lifting up the field tool to start tilling it.
Roshi: Hold on there kids! Don't use the tool.
