Monday morning hit me like a ton of bricks.

Classes have been getting harder with more assignments given out as midterms start, I've been able to semi-stay afloat along with all the engagements my father has me doing.

My daily routine for the past week has consisted of the same things, wake up, classes all day, get ready for an event, come home from an event late, do homework and go to bed. Repeat.

If I'm lucky I might get a short lunch break to inhale some food before starting that day's homework.

But not today, no event. Char's planning on coming over to finish her homework with me, then some much-needed girl time. I'm thinking a movie marathon would do the trick.

Groaning I stand from my bed and change into today's outfit. A black long-sleeve with a black and white mini skirt, with almost sheer black tights under it. It's not exactly the warmest thing for the weather but fashion over function any day

"What are you wearing?" Greyson chuckles sipping his coffee, leaning against the kitchen counter.

"Clothes," I answer.

"Let me rephrase that, what are you not wearing," He restates. I roll my eyes pushing down the warm feeling that grew in my chest.

"You're going to freeze," He states.

"It's fine I'll be inside all day," I brush it off grabbing a cup of coffee.

"Tell that to the barely heated building," he says getting a bowl from the cupboard.

I'm far too stubborn to change clothes now no matter how cold I may get, it's like a challenge now and I don't lose.

"So the Princess Diaries is definitely on tonight's movie list," Char says walking in step with me after our business letter ended.

"What's it about?" I ask, siping the matcha she's brought me earlier.

"A princess who doesn't know she's a princess till her grandma comes into town and it like, hey you're the next heir to my thrown," She summarizes.

"Sounds interesting," I kinda of hope it's not realistic enough that I can laugh at it, The last thing I wanna do is watch a movie about someone who's living like me except I've always known my fate.
