I pulled away and looked at dd
dd gave me a 'why'd you pull away look before letting out a nervous chuckle
I just stared at him in disbelief
he smiled at me and I smile back before he moved to sit beside me
It was silent before I said ...
"wow" " We really just kissed" I said letting out a sigh
"mhm" dd said chucking before his phone began to ring
he scrambled to pull it out his back pocket and looked at the screen before answering it
"hello" "yeah" "yeah" "here I come" I heard dd say as a mumbled voice spoke on the other side of the phone
I just sat there patiently
dd hung up the phone and turned to me...
"so.. I have to go but this was fun" dd said before getting up
"bye" I let out softly as he climbed down the play ground
"Bye" dd said waving disappearing as he walked the Harlem side walk
I just sat there for a moment
I couldn't believe I just kissed a boy at that a cute one !

I swung open the door while humming before kicking my shoes off and plopping on the couch
"why are you so happy" my sister said standing in the kitchen
I turned around embarrassed - because I didn't know she was there
"I'm not" I said wiping the smile off my face
"werido" my sister mumbled to herself walking back to her room
I just brushed her comment off and got up from the couch to head to my room
Of course I had to tell my bestie what happened
I speed walked to my room and swung the door closed before belly flopping on my bed letting out a grunt
I pulled my phone out and unlocked it scanning my FaceTime list for my best friends contact
"Khalil !" I screamed as the FaceTime call connected
"why are you screaming" "what" Khalil questioned rubbing his eyes

"are you just now waking up" I asked getting side tracked
"yes-"
"urm- -anyways guess what just happened"
"what" Khalil said chucking at my excited ness
"I just had my first kiss"
"what" Khalil said surprised
"WITH WHO"
"So you know that boy I was telling you about- at that party" I explained frantically
"yeah" Khalil said intrigued
"he asked me to link - and we kissed"
"wow" "congratulations" "I always thought out of the two of us I would be the first one to kiss someone- but you proved me wrong"
"Excuse me"
Khalil began to laugh soon... with me joining in.
