" can u Put me down now??" I  said as my legs were shaking slightly..he held my waist tightly before slowly placing me down to the ground.

I chuckled seeing her falling on the mat  dramatically..i shook my head before pulling her up.

Hearing grunts she turned around to see his sexy back which was shirtless showing his back muscles her lips parted slightly looking at the appealing view his groans were even more making it hard for her to hear.

After taking more than 50 pulls ups he left his hands from the bar before turning around .

" close your little mouth princess a fly will enter inside" he said with a smirk coming closer to her .

She sealed her lips tightly before turning back to the other side angrily remembering his words.

He flipped her to her stomach before locking her in between his thick thighs.

" What are u doing!" She screamed very very angrily which he was finding it so cute.

" Seems like Little kitten wants to be punished hmm" he picked her up making her scream.

" It's too late kitten u shouldn't have said that  " he said taking her to the master bed room before opening the bathroom door opening the shower.

" What about the workout t-then?!"
