Fabricated Rules

Fabricated rules

They are molded and fabricated, into long silky threads of gold
Passing through the fabric of sand paper we call life
They hound the man and woman in drenched pits of hells
Leaving them with nothing except poverty as their new bestfriend
Hopeless of a future they longed for, they fetch water from wells
From banished fiery pits
As they crawl on the withered ground
Begging for mercy from a savior
They have long forgotten

Fabricated rules
Have shriveled and erased the minds of many
Splitting them whilst they leave them
Idle to reflect and neglect
The many treacherous things they have become.

Beginning to wonder and ponder in complete distress
Dazed and fazed by the deceptive ghouls
Who forge and misinform the fabrics of life
They below and howl as twilight strikes.

A once peaceful world
Has become disenchanted by the cold grip of the grim reaper
As he fabricates rules to his own satisfaction
And diminishes tools of balance for his own transaction
Has become a form of normality, as he destroys the purpose of people’s lives
He drains them empty
And leaves they quenching
As their eerie vessels beg for more
Creating an evil monstrous species
That kills for show.

Fabricated rules
Have constructed a house made of glass
Built against itself
As it signifies translucent essence and parallel paradox governed by an iron fist
It feeds the fortunate whilst the hungry scurry in envious grins
Misery and despair being the air they breathe.

Our fabricated rules have a created adystopian world misaligned
with the conformities of this earth
where good is considered bad
Whilst bad is considered good
Let’s tear the fabrics of our rules
And operate in unison.
