CHAPTER II

Once we arrived , me and the rest made our way out looking at the view of the castle . I have been here since first year and it still seems to surprise me every time .

Even though the first and second years were distracting me by running around I still attempted to look for Gideon but he was no where to be found , so I made my way into the great hall.

And there he is Gideon just sat down talking to my friends not even attempting to look for me . "Hi" I said putting on a fake smile to hide my annoyance "hi baby" he replied back kissing me , I literally HATE the word babe or baby like shut the fuck up .

I rolled my eyes as I sat down next to him " so...how was your summer break" I said trying to start a conversation because it was quite awkward right now. "Yeah it was great..." that was only the beginning of it , he wouldn't stop going on and on about how amazing his holiday was .

Thankfully Dumbledore interrupted him by making his speech ,which I completely zoned out on, then the feast began I didn't have much of an appetite so I only ate a few bits . In the corner of my eye I see Lola brown come towards me from the Gryffindor table .

"Omg Lola" "ROSE" we both said as I got up and pulled her in for a hug "omg I haven't seen you in forever" she said as we pulled away "I know right" I said but for some reason her eyes kept shifting to something behind me but I ignored it .

"How was your holidays" I said hoping to get a shorter answer then I did the last time I asked . " it was amazing" she said saying it in a weird way. I nodded trying to ignore the fact that she was acting really weird.

Sometimes I love and hate being a prefect . I especially hate it when it's the first day of school and I'm tired as fuck. I don't know why slughorn trusted me to be one I have already let 4 people go without giving them detention because I'm not an asshole.

I heard footsteps coming towards me so I looked up only to regret it. Sirius fucking Black standing in front of me with a smirk on his face. " what are you doing here" he said walking towards me with a smirk still on his face. "Could ask you the same thing" I replied holding eye contact with him " yeah but I asked first" he stated while leaning on a wall.

"I'm a prefect" I stated to which he started laughing at " what's so funny" "nothing" he shrugged "yeah right your giggling your fucking ass off" I replied a small smile prominent on my face as he continued laughing "why do you laugh like that" I said as my smile got bigger "it's genetic" he said which made me laugh "like the stick up your ass".

After my reply his laughing stopped which only made mine grow "shhhh" he whisper-shouted but I couldn't stop not until he pulled me into a cupboard "what the fuck Black" I shouted but my mouth was once again covered by his hand he leans in closer so he's right next to my ear "there's a teacher outside and I don't want to get caught" "okay but I'm a prefect I won't get in trouble" I said while pushing him off me.

I started to turn around but was turned back round by Sirius as he pinned me to the door "yeah but I don't know if that pretty mouth of your will go snitching" "awww are you scared Black" I say looking up at him "of you ? Never" rolling my eyes I pushed him off once I heard the footsteps go and walked out "well Black I don't know if you know this or not but prefects can give out detentions too so..." I said before continuing

"I have a lovely present for you drumroll please ... a detention tomorrow ,transfiguration classroom" I said with a bright smile on my face "fuck you Crouch" "I know you want to Black but no" I said as I walked away.

The next day I woke up to Dorcus jumping on my bed "Dorcus get off me" "well you wasn't waking up and we're going to be late". After hearing the word 'late' I jumped out of bed. literally. I hate being late especially on the first day so I do my hair and makeup as quick as I can and we run towards transfigurations.

"Do I need to turn one of you into a pocket watch so you can be on time , miss meadows , miss crouch?" stated McGonagll giving us a stern look as we walk into class. "No need professor" I said given her a smile.

"Well hurry up to the back of the classroom your all getting new partners" she said while shaking her head in disappointment but I know for a fact that she loves me really, wait did she just say new partners I turn around to look at dorcus upset by the fact that we won't be sitting next to each other anymore.

"In the back we'll have mr black and miss crouch" my jaw dropped theres no way she's making me sit next to him out of all the people . I walk towards my seat in shame as I see Sirius trying to compromise with her but ends up coming and sitting next to me"don't think your special I don't want to sit next to you either" I stated giving him a dirty look. "Never said you did Crouch" he spat which made me roll my eyes .

"Is it normal for you to make people want to strangle you?" I spat back "no it's actually the opposite, girls love when I hold their neck as I fuck them" he said with a smirk on his face . "Your disgusting" I said while giving him a dirty look "oh come on Crouch..."he whispered, his eyes travelling up and down my face as he leaned closer "I know you're thinking about it" "only in your dreams Black." I whispered back while looking into his eyes.

"I know your in mine Crouch but what about yours? Am I in yours darling" he whispered getting closer and closer . So I done the most stupid and embarrassing thing ever, I stood up .

The whole class turned their heads to me "Miss Crouch you've interrupted my lesson twice in the last 15 minutes, I guess you could repay the time in detention?" Shouted professor McGonagle.

I looked next to me to see Sirius with his annoying smirk on his face that I would love to slap right now . Rolling my eyes I walked out of class unlike a sane person slamming the door behind me .

He done it on purpose. He tried to get under my skin and I just let him . I had always had my mothers temper unlike Barty , it's so irritating being so similar to the person you hate the most in the world . Sometimes I look in the mirror and I just see her and I hate it . Hate doesn't even describe how it makes me feel.

I continued walking until I reached the slytherin common room . Looking around until I found him . Barry. "What's up princess?" He said after noticing me "wait aren't you supposed to be in class?" "Barry I need a cigarette" "wow okay straight to the point then , why don't you sit down first ." He said furrowing his eyebrows.

After I made my way towards him , I sat down waiting for him to pass me the cigarette "why don't you tell me what happened then you get the cigarette" "promise?" I replied "promise" he said back waiting for me to continue.

"It's Sirius he just annoys me so much and I can't do anything about it" I said rolling my eyes and staring into the fire "why don't you annoy him back, you always do it to me" he replied which resulted in me giving him a look "okay sorry not the time to joke,but seriously your Rosalie Crouch"

"Your actually so motivating" I replied sarcastically "hey I'm a drug dealer not a therapist okay now I want to see you get him back okay?" "Okay"
"Promise?"
"Promise"

"Also where's my cigarette?"I said looking at him "you just had to ruin the moment didn't you"
