Y/n's POV~

As the week has gone on, Vanessa has been leaving me alone.

As Kylie posts on her Instagram about our cute dates, and I post photos on mine of us, but where no one can tell it's her.

I'm currently setting up my beach house living room. I have decorated it with balloons and roses. I also got a banner that says, "Will you be my girlfriend?"

I bought Kylie a promise ring, and I have my phone connected to the speakers so I can play my song for her as soon as she walks in and sees everything.

Her family and our friends all wanted to be a part of it, which actually helps. Because while I'm setting up, with the help of our friends. Kylie and her sisters and Kris are getting stuff for our "beach party" that I'm apparently having.

It's going to work out. Everything is going to work out.

"You seem to be freaking out a little." Hailey says. "A little? What if she says no?" I ask, paranoid. "Y/n, Kylie is not going to say no." Bella says.

I nod my head, taking some deep breaths. "Okay, let's finish getting this all set up." I say.

We had to do this inside because it's a little windy out today. I didn't want it to blow everything away.

"Kendall said that they are on their way here." Devin announced.

I straighten my shirt out and grab the promise ring out of my bag. It's a heart-shaped Dimond with several little Dimond around the heart and along the outside of the band, stopping about less than mid-way. Just so they aren't hitting the inside of her other fingers.

"Damn, Y/n, if that's the promise ring, I can't wait to see the engagement ring." Zayn says. I chuckle softly.

"Do you think we should add more balloons?" I ask in a whisper as I hear a car lock. "Y/n, breath." Hailey laughs from the side. They are all standing off towards the kitchen, so Kylie will only see me and the decorations when she walks in.

We moved the couch and coffee table out of the way, so it left the space open. But the coffee table is up against the wall under the banner with a few gifts for Kylie. Just a couple of things that I know she'd like.

"We need to grab the stuff!" We can hear Kylie through the door. She sounds annoyed and confused. I chuckle softly. "Just go inside. The guys can come out and grab everything!" Kendall groans. "We could have grabbed it!" Kylie groans back.

"Kylie, open the door." Kim chuckles. She groans, and the front door opens. She steps in but with her back towards everything as she continues arguing with Kendall.

I can't help but laugh, catching her attention. She snaps her head towards me. Her brows scrunch up in confusion. Then her eyes widen as she sees all the decorations and reads the banner.

"Hi, baby." I say softly. Fiddling with the ring box in my hand. Kendall pushes her sister forward as the woman seems to be in shock. Hailey presses play on my phone, my song playing.

[A/n~ I'm probably not going to add an actual song because I never know which songs to do.]

I reach my hand out, taking hers, pulling her closer to me. She looks at me, her eyes slightly tearing up.

I pull her close enough, telling her all the things I love and admire about her. She wraps her arms around my neck.

After a few moments, I bring my other hand up between us. She drops her arms and opens the box. She looks at the ring in admiration.

"Please say yes already!" Kris says, I look over to see her crying. Kylie playfully rolls her eyes before pulling me into a deep kiss. "Yes." She says to me.

Then she pulls back and says yes louder so they could all hear it. Everyone squeals, even the guys, and they all hug each other. I take the ring and slip it onto her right ring finger.

Kylie and I share another loving kiss before we are surrounded by our friends and her family.

After having a cookout with everyone, they all left to give Kylie and I time alone. The two of us took some pictures to remember it all. Some she posted, like the ones of the decorations and her ring.

Several of her fans in shock that it's just a promise ring. We take a small walk along the beach. I slip my hoodie on her because she shivers a bit.

We sit down in the sand, watching the water and taking more pictures. I posted one of us in the moonlight. It's mostly of me, but you can see some of her face as she's kissing my cheek.

"Thank you." She whispers into my neck. She pulls back to look up at me, smiles on both of our faces. The moonlight highlighted her face and glistening in her eyes.

"I love you." I say softly. Her face heats up, and she pulls me into a kiss. "I love you." She says against my lips.

It gets more chilly the later it gets, so we head back inside. I locked up after we got in, Kylie went into the kitchen to grab a glass of wine.

The guys helped me move the couch and coffee table back in place before they all left. We left all the decorations up, though.

Sitting down on the couch, Kylie comes back into the living room. She sits on my lap, sideways, with her back resting against the arm of the couch and her legs out across the cushions.

She places her left arm over my shoulders, running her fingers along my endercut as I have my hair tied up in a bun.

"Do you want to open your gifts?" I ask. "You didn't need to get me all this stuff." She says.

"I wanted to, baby." I say.
