She looks up after hours of sobbing in my chest, her beautiful eyes were wet, her cheeks soaking like my t shirt, she sniffles looking in my eyes. I place a few kisses on her forehead

"I messed up your shirt" she whispers making chuckle

"I can get a new one" I reply

"You are right"

"Aren't I always" I tease

"Don't be cocky, does't look good on you" I laugh hearing her making her chuckle too

"About what baby?"

"I am not broken because if I was I wouldn't feel your kisses burning my skin, I wouldn't feel this need for friction when you kiss me, I wouldn't feel so protected and cozy in your arms, I wouldn't want to be cuddling and touching you all the time. I am not broken but im not healed either because if I was, I wouldn't have brought this up"

"And thats fine, nandini healing isn't an over night process, it takes time"

"I don't have time to waste manik, I don't want that person to be interfering in our life"

"He isn't, we have all the time in the world to work through this, we heal together nandini, inside and out" I say kissing her nose wiping her tears

"How are you so tall and this giraffe but such a softie at heart" she asks

"Is that an insult or a compliment" I ask

She giggles making me smile

"A little bit of both" she says nodding as she caresses my face

"You are a naughty one" I press soft kissing on her cheeks

"Mhm and you are perfect" she says, giggling when I bite her ear playfully

"Are you okay?" I ask

"Better than I have been before, I mhm I have never told any of this to anyone so getting it out with someone I love and to someone who loves me was very helpful to overcome everything. Im not fully healed like you said but I will heal for us" I smile hearing her

"Sweetheart, you are so so strong and I love you so much" she giggles when I prep her face with kisses

"I love you more" she giggles

"Mani it's morning" she whispers looking out of the curtains

I grab my phone and saw it was 4ish in the morning, the sun should be coming out soon.

"hey how tired is my doll?" I ask caressing her hair

She sits up on me, her legs on either side.

"Not much, why?" She asks

"I was thinking to take you somewhere with me"

"Where?" She says excitedly

"Surprise little one, put on some sandals" I say picking her up placing her on her feet

She runs to grab her sandals making me smile, I quickly drop a text to a friend of mine in the company asking if he is good to meet tom.

I grabbed my car keys, and a jacket for nandini walking outside to see her yanking on her sandals to slide on making me laugh

"Ahh im ready" she screams

"Careful" I mumble when she runs to me

Does she listen to me? No she doesn't and ends up falling on me

"Ouch uff too bad" she mumbles

"You are one clumsy girl" I say to her

"Your girl" she mumbles
