When you woke up on Monday morning you felt sick, you peered over at Alessia who was still fast asleep looking as peaceful as ever. Your eyes scanned scanned her features she she lay asleep. Her perfectly shaped eyebrows, her thick eyelashes, her plump lips, her jawline, her button nose. Your heart felt full as you admired her closely, you would do anything for her. You never thought you'd let your walls come down so easily for someone ever again. Although deep down it hurt you that she hadn't told you about moving to Arsenal, you understood that she was probably doing it because like you, she didn't want to walk away from what you had together.
You get up quietly and get ready, making yourself and Alessia a coffee before you hear her wake and join you downstairs.
"Morning. Thank you for the coffee." She said in her hoarse moaning voice that you adored.
"Good morning. Did you sleep well?" You ask her, stroking the back of her hand.
"I always sleep well when I'm in your arms." She replied, resting her head on her arm so she could gaze at you with her bright blue eyes.
"That reminds me, I should probably go home at some point." You laugh, Alessia's brows furrow.
"You don't want to stay with me?" She stutters.
"Of course I do, Less! I just need some more clothes. And we've not exactly spoken about how long you want me to stay here." You chuckle as she visibly calms down.
"Oh, yeah. I hadn't really thought about that, I'm just really enjoying you being here." Alessia starting fiddling with her rings.
"I'm not going anywhere, I can stay as long as you want me to." You squeeze her hand and she smiles in response.

The drive to the training ground was comfortably quiet. You thought about what you would say to Harriet while Alessia thought about how she was going to break the news to you that she was moving to a club in London.
You said goodbye to Alessia for the day with a kiss and set to work on the last office. Tomorrow was your last day here and it made you a little sad knowing you wouldn't be able to watch Alessia train out of the window every day.
Around 10:30am a quiet knock sounded on the door and Harriet walked in.
"Hello stranger, these offices look great!" She said giving you a quick hug and sitting down at one of the newly built desks.
"Thanks, not that hard to be honest, one of the easiest jobs I've done it's all the same." You laugh, sitting on a desk opposite her.
"Go on then, hit me with it, what's going on?" Harriet folded her arms and waited for you to speak.

Alessia POV:

You headed into the sauna with Ella and sat down in the corner, luckily it was just the two of you so you could speak with her openly.
"Tooney, I still haven't told her and it's seriously eating away at me now. I can't keep it to myself any longer." You breathe into your hands.
"Less, you do really need to tell her. I can't imagine she's going to be too happy that you've kept it from her completely." She said, eyebrows raised.
"I don't know what to say or how to say it." You start to panic slightly trying to think of how you would explain yourself.
"I honestly don't know, I can't help you much with this one but can I ask you something, Less?" Ella leant forward to level with you.
"Go on?" You look at her sheepishly.
"Why did you start something with her when you already knew you weren't staying in Manchester? Surely you know you'd have to do this." She looked at you intensely.
"I don't know. It all happened so fast and it was so unexpected that I just put myself first and let myself be happy for once. I never expected to fall in love like this." You run your fingers through your hair. The warmth of the room starting to make your skin feel prickly.
"Hold up, did you just say you've fallen in love?" Ella squeezed you arm.
"Tooney..." you groaned as you slumped back against the wall.
"So you have?!" She held onto you with both hands now with excitement.
"I have but what use is that when I'm moving to London?" You feel tears threatening to leak from your eyes.
"You've got to tell her, how do you know she doesn't feel the same way?" Ella rubs your shoulder supportively.
"Because that's way too good to be true, she's literally perfect." You breath.
"Less, you've gone so soft. You need to tell her today, or I will!" And with that Ella patted you on the back and left you on your own in the sauna to think about how to break the news to the woman you'd fallen in love with.

Y/N POV:

"So... it's a really long story so I'm just going to ramble and you can ask any questions after is that okay?" You ask and Harrier nods.
"Basically as you know I'm seeing Alessia, it's gotten really intense real quick, I've been staying at her house since doing this job and we've admitted to each other that we've caught feelings. There's this other girl on her team that I built for a while ago that's been trying it on with me since I started seeing Less and it got rather unpleasant the other day hence the cut on the forehead." You say pointing to it.
"Then after we had it out she told me Alessia is transferring to London at the end of the season meaning she'll be moving to London. She's not told me but I understand why, don't get me wrong I'm angry but I get it." You breathe out slowly and Harrier continues to nod.
"Wow. You've gone through the scenarios in a short amount of time haven't you?" She laughed to try and lighten the mood.
"Yeah. I just can't lose her Harriet, you know when people say you know you've found the one? Well, I think this is it. I've fallen head over heels for her." You rub your eyes to prevent the tears you had from escaping.
"Okay. So what do you want from me? How can I help?" She asks, narrowing her eyes as if she already knew what I was about to ask.
"Is there any way of expanding? I know London is huge but think of the business we'd get. We get so much in Manchester and Liverpool alone, London would be massive." You try to put your business head on to make it sound less of a plea but you knew it had failed.
"Lucky for you I've already been planning something. That's what I was doing today." Harriet said slightly smug.
"What?" You choked in disbelief.
"I don't want to stay in Manchester, I was talking to an associate today who I think can take over the base in Manchester. I want to expand the business. But there's one thing." She sat forward. You nod eagerly.
"I want you to be my business partner for the London branch. You can still go and build but I want you to help me run it, we're going to have to do a massive recruitment drive and find an office space but I want you to help me keep it running smoothly." Tears spill over and you run to Harrier to hug her.
"Yes. Thank you. That would be amazing. This is literally perfect." You splutter, wiping your eyes and laughing in relief.
"You're building the office though." Harriet laughed and smiled.
"I honestly can't thank you enough." You calmed your breathing down.
"Look, it's something that's good for the business and if means I can help out a mate who's worked for me loyally for so long then absolutely. We're expanding to the big city!" She squealed and hugged you again.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you." You sigh and slump onto the desk in relief.
"Promise me something though?" Harriet says.
"Yeah?" You perk up.
"Go and tell that woman that you're in love with her and that you'll be going with her because I bet she's stressing to high heaven at the thought of losing you!" Harriet pushes you out of the door and you sprint towards the gym.
Just as you round the corner you see Alessia, tears streaming down her face.
"Less! Less, I need to speak to- woah, what's wrong?" You ask her but she brushes past you and heads to the door leading to the car park.
"Alessia?!" You run after her.
"Don't. Please. I'm sorry. I can't." She cries as she throws her things in her car and gets into the driver seat, you hammer on the door.
"Alessia, stop! Talk to me. Don't just run away from me come on!" You plead with her. She doesn't look at you, she puts her car into drive and starts reversing still sobbing.
"Less, baby, stop. I need to tell you something!" You try and pry the handle open but she drives off and leaves you now sobbing on your knees in the middle of the United training ground car park, the girl you loved having just left you. Alone.
