LUNA

Pulling into her driveway, she puts the vehicle into park and sees Kyle's vehicle gone. As she stares at the house, and with Ivory finishing her food, Luna shuts off the vehicle, and says, "Kyle's gone!"

"Yeah! I'm sure he's not far."

"Yeah! You're probably right! He's probably over to Tim's as usual," Luna says as she grabs her keys from the middle of the console.

"I'm sure he is. He's probably doing some fishing thing. Like he usually is," Ivory says as she grabs her bags from the backseat. As she gets out of the car, she bends over and looks in the passenger side window, and says, "Thanks for bringing me home. I'll see you later. Stop on over if you get bored."

"Okay. I might take you up on that offer. It's getting late! I'm tired," Luna says as she gets out of the vehicle.

With Ivory walking to her house, Luna walks to her front door and puts her hand on the doorknob. Automatically sensing he's up to something; she walks into the house and tries to read what he's up to. Sensing nothing, she looks around the house and then into the fishing room. Seeing a couple of his fishing poles gone from the wall, she stands there, closes her eyes, and tries to get a sense of what he's doing. Sensing that he's with Tim, she walks into the living room and sits on the couch.

As she closes her eyes, she leans back on the couch, and a quick vision of Isla appears of her holding a green zucchini in her left hand. With the vision disappearing seconds later, she opens her eyes. Staring at the crystal ball, the image replays in her head, and she leans over and puts her hand on top of the crystal ball.

Heat rises onto her left palm, and she looks around the room. Seeing nobody in her space, the heat fades, and she puts her hands on her lap and sits back on the couch. Closing her eyes, she relaxes her body, and she becomes tired. Instantly sensing Kyle's psychic self in her space, she opens her eyes, watches him disappear, and gets up. Walking into the kitchen, she turns on the light, opens the fridge, and grabs something to drink. Pouring herself something to drink, she automatically senses Isla has posted on her social media.

As she walks into the living room, she sits down, picks up her cell phone, and opens social media. Going to her page, she sees a new picture of her standing at the end of a kitchen table, holding a green zucchini in her left hand. Rolling her eyes, she gives the picture a dirty look and closes the social media.

Putting the cell phone on the coffee table, she lays back down, and her cell phone rings. As she peers at it, she sees its Kyle. Picking it up, she hits the green button, gets up, walks into the kitchen, and says, "Hey! What are you up to?"

"Hey, hunny! I'm at Tim's. Don't wait up! I'll probably be late," he says while Tim talks in the background as she puts her glass in the kitchen sink.

"Okay," Luna says as she walks into the living room and sits on the couch. As she leans back and turns on the television, she asks, "What are you guys doing tonight?"

"Nothing too much. We're hanging out. He's rigging up my fishing rods. It shouldn't be too much longer," he says as he says something to Tim.

"Alright. I'm tired. I'm going to lie down and go to sleep," Luna says as she lies on the couch. Closing her eyes, she says, "I went to the Raven today."

"How was it?"

"It was fun. I visited Victoria. Then I ran into Ivory when I was there," she says as she grabs the blanket off the top of the couch and places it over her.

"Okay. I'll be home soon. I'll be quiet when I walk in the door. Love you," he says as she hears him rattling a fishing lure in his hand.

"Love you too. I'm going to sleep. I'll see you later," Luna says as she puts the blanket over her head and hangs up the phone.

As she puts the phone back on the coffee table, the vision of Isla and the green zucchini comes back to her, and she rolls onto her side and tries to break the vision. As she lies there, the vision fades, and she grabs the remote off the coffee table, turns off the television, and falls asleep.
