Chapter 4

"I told you if you liked a boy you should tell me." he said as he sighed. "Wait, are you jealous?" you asked. He lets a small laugh. "Why would I be jealous, this is all fake. Think twice Y/n, are you that dumb to think I would fall for you?" You rolled your eyes at him.

He crossed his arms waiting for you to speak. "Are you going to talk?" He sighed. "You know that I know you read those stupid love books, right? Your always reading those whatever 'enemies to lovers' ones. I just want to tell you, I'm not going to date someone like you. I know better." he said.

"Know better? Your acting as if you didn't date that one girl from 3rd period that is literally missing a tooth and smells like dog shit." you said, defending yourself. "So this is how you want to play? It was a bet, I don't like her. I mean, obviously." he said, rolling his eyes.

"Anyways, I like someone else so why would I like her?" "Then why didn't you just ask her to be your fake girlfriend then, hm?" you asked him. "Well, looks like I already got her to be my fake girlfriend." he teased you. 

You walk away from him due to embarrassment as you sighed and put your hand on your forehead. "Sorry, sorry! Let's go to class now." he shouted. You stopped walking for a second. "No thank you, I would rather walk to class my self." You continue walking, leaving him there.

Once your almost at the classroom, you see your best friend. "Hey! Where's Hyunjin? I thought you two were dating." she asked. "Oh, uh...he went to get something to drink so he told me to come here alone." you say smiling. "Oh, I see. Well I have to get going now, bye!" she says as she walks past you.

You sit on the bench outside of the classroom as your friend from earlier came up to you. "Hey. Where's your 'boyfriend'" you look up when you hear his voice as you sigh. Why is everyone questioning about you and Hyunjin? Is it not normal to walk to class by yourself without your 'boyfriend'? 

You didn't know since you've never been in a relationship. "He's getting something to drink, why?" "Just asking." he says as he takes a seat next to you.

The friend you are talking to right now, his name is Seungcheol but you call him Cheol. You two have been friends since 2nd grade, but you two weren't that close. You used to like him, but you lost those feelings for him ever since high school started. You just got a feeling that he was a bad guy, so you try to avoid him but not in a mean and obvious way.

"So, are you and your boyfriend in this class too?" he asks. "Why do you keep mentioning him?" you say, raising your voice. "Chill, I'm just asking. What, is it like he's not actually your boyfriend?" he says, making sure to emphasize the word 'actually'.

Your eyes widen at what he said as you gulped. He laughed at your action as you turned to face him. "How did you know." you say in a serious tone.

"Oh come on, why are you even asking me this? It's so obvious you guys don't like each other. He literally bullies you. Why would you like and date a jerk like him?" he asks, annoyed. "Are you trying to prove a point to me?" you ask him. "Absolutely not. I mean if you really want to this, then you can still do the act." he replies quickly. He turns around as he mumbles, "Knowing that I know your secret.." 

You were about to ask him what he said, but you saw Hyunjin coming towards you. He stands in front of you and holds out his hand. You hesitantly grab his hand as he drags you into the classroom. He sat next to you as you sighed. 

After a few minutes, the teacher arrives. She looks really pissed and mad. "Ok class, I'm not in the best mood so I want to get this done quickly. I will pass out a sheet a paper and we will go over the first few questions then you guys can help each other with the other few questions." She announces. 

She passes out the paper quickly and heads back to her desk. "Ok we will go over the first three questions." She says as she demonstrates how to do the first question.

After she finishes doing the first three questions, she says that she has to go deal with something as she walks out of the classroom.  Suddenly, a girl approached you and smiled at Hyunjin. "Hi Hyunjin, could you help me with this exercise please? I didn't understand anything." she said.

"I already have to help my girlfriend." he replied without looking at her. "Hey, why should you help me and not the other way around?" you asked.

"Because I'm smarter than you? Doesn't that make sense?" "Absolutely not." you say rolling your eyes. He lets put a small chuckle as he takes your hand from under the table. You sighed and lowered your head to hide the fact that you were starting to feel shy.

You knew you were faking it, but it felt too real. "Oh, I guess you can ask someone else for help." Hyunjin said. She left without saying a word and he turned back to you. "Were you really annoyed?" he asked with a smile. "I wasn't annoyed or upset..." "Yes you were..." "No, I wasn't!"  you replied in defense.

He laughed and then stopped to stare at you. He tucked a strand of your hair behind your ear and smiled. "You're really cute when you get and I mean that."

This chapter was a bit longer than the others because I might not upload a chapter tomorrow but here is chapter 4! I was going to upload this a little earlier but it's my birthday today so I didn't have time. Also, this story is about to end but I'm on chapter 4 so I don't really know what to add, but I'm trying I swear lmao.
