Coping with the manga 💪💪 this so happens bro okay OKAY obviously manga spoilers at the time of writing chpt 108 is the newest.
So chpt 110 came out...

Ryūnosukes ears picked up on the sound of the beeping, it was unfamiliar. The smell of what he could only assume was a medical room came next, the clean smell was interrupted by the metallic smell of blood. He felt soft fingers trace circles over his chest, it was oddly comforting.

Everything is a vague blur, the last thing he remembers is...
'AKUTAGAWA!' The phantom memory of Atsushis voice is so clear to him, his expression and everything. It's the only clear memory he has before everything is fuzzy. He saved Atsushi...he saved Atsushi?

"He told me about his lung disease before...he...um yeah...so it's like fixed now?" Atsushis voice was soft and sore, like he has been crying.

"Yes, My ability can restore limbs and ligaments Atsushi, repairing Akutagawa's lungs should be easy." A soft female voice spoke, Ryūnosuke couldn't be sure who's it was. He took a breath in and it was soft, easy... he had forgotten what it felt like to breathe without pain. By the position of Atsushis voice he assumes his hand is tracing over his chest.
At the realisation the beeping of the heart monitor increased.

"Is he okay?! He's not dying is he..?"

"He's fine Atsushi...stop worrying."

"Thank you for doing this Yosano." Gin spoke now her hand went over Ryūnosukes now holding it gently.

"It was nothing I'm just glad Dazai could reverse the vampirism. Even if he will still have some mutations...he should be back soon right now he's busy with reversing all of the vampires in the city. do you want to stay with your brother or do you want to join me and the others to help out the Port mafia?"

"Nakajima...you are going to stay with Ryūnosuke right?"

"I am...I need to know he's okay." Atsushis hand traced up and down Ryūnosukes chest in small circles.

"Thank you. Yosano is Tachihara with the others?"

"I believe he is, though everyone has told him that he doesn't need to help out since he nearly passed."

"Thank you for helping him as-well."

"It was the least I could do after he spared my life."
Gin and Yosanos voice got quieter as they walked out of the room. Ryūnosuke thought he would let it known he was fine, he didn't need atsushi to babysit him and...gently touch him. But he let himself enjoy the soft touch.

"...Akutagawa I know you can't hear me...well you might be able to...but..why did you save me?"
Atsushi layed his head on Ryūnosukes chest.

"...you fool...I told you.." Ryūnosuke spoke opening his eyes and looking down at the boy on his chest.

"Akutagawa?!" Atsushi shot up and fell backwards onto the floor.

Ryūnosuke let his eyes adjust to the harsh fluorescent light of the room he sat up and felt his sharpened teeth with his tongue, this must be what that doctor was talking about. "Careful jinko..."

Atsushi got up and looked at Ryūnosuke before grabbing him and pulling him into a tight hug.

"J-jinko?! What are you..?"
