Lukas Thorn, prince to the Vale Kingdom, was in his room doing revisions for new laws, when he heard a ping from his scroll. He puts it up to his ear and listens, nodding a few times.
"You can count on me.", Lukas said. He is seen riding through the streets on green motorcycle, wearing a black cloak to hide himself.

He stops in front of the dingy part of town, he gets off the bike and strides inside, his boots clunking against the pavement. The place smelled like smoke and garbage, with a hint of old blood from an unknown source.
There are several men loitering around, each armed to the teeth. Lukas kept his head down, careful to reveal his draw attention to himself.
He finally sneaks into a dark alley, when he came out the other end, there's a dust store getting robbed. Lukas's eyes narrowed, sickened by the crime happening in his city.
He walked inside, he walked to one henchman, lightly tapping him on the shoulders. The henchman turned around, only to be met with the blunt of Flora Glory (Lukas's sword), knocking the guy out.
He stealthily did the same thing to all the other henchmen. He spotted one threatening to shoot a woman as she shakily tried to give him her belongings.
But then, he was thrown aside by a strike of light, revealing Lukas behind him. "Get to safety!", Lukas yelled out and she obliged.
He rushed to another room, ready to fight the boss. "Come on, what's taking so long?", a redheaded man asked irritably.
"Oh, I think your shipment of stolen goods will be a while.", Lukas said, making his presence known. "Prince Lukas Thorn himself. Should've known a goody-two shoes like you would ruin my fun.", the redheaded man said, sneering at the gray-haired boy.
"Roman Torchwick, the so-called criminal overlord.", Lukas recalled what he had heard. "Although, if your henchmen are any indication, that claim might be a little exaggerated.", Lukas continued.
"Guess I'll have to prove you and your little kingdom wrong.", Roman growled. He shoots a bullet at him, though Lukas was able to able to deflect with his sword.
He leaps backwards, dodging the incoming bullets as he tries to make his way closer to Roman. Roman aims another bullet at him, this time he dodges it with ease, as well.
Flora Glory fueled by gravity dust, he slashed at Roman. It doesn't touch him, but the power of the dust pushes him back.
Seeing his chance, he runs behind Roman and summons a rope of light, tying him up and knocking him down. Thinking he finally had Roman beat, he taps a button on his headphones.
"Officer Weather, I got our criminal. I need backup to return the stolen dust.", Lukas said. "I have your coordinates, Your Highness.", a voice echoed from his headphones.

"We're on our way.", Officer Weather continued. Unfortunately, Lukas made the simple mistake of not clasping his targets' hands together, as Roman was able to throw a fire dust shard near him as well as grab his gun and shot it, knocking him over and undoing his semblance.
Lukas was disorientated for a second, and then saw Roman taking off in a helicopter. "You gotta be kidding me...", Lukas muttered.
"Until next time, Princey!", Roman said, much to Lukas's chagrin. Just then, the police rolled in, ready to take Roman down.
Officer Weather got out the car and approached the gray-haired teenager. "The crook got away!", Lukas told the blue-haired officer, beating himself up for such simple mistake.
"Well, you damaged him enough for him to leave behind all the dust he was planning to steal.", Officer Weather pointed out. "I see this as still somewhat of a win.", Officer Weather continued.
She turned to her colleagues. "Pack this dust up! We are returning it back to where it belongs.", Officer Weather commanded.
The officers saluted her and started taking away the boxes. "The city is lucky to have you, Prince Lukas.", Officer Weather complimented, making Lukas smile a tad.
"That's a bit much, but thank you.", Lukas said. He ran off, most likely intending on returning home.
As he runs away, as the screen fades to black. Lukas' silhouette is shown, joining Ruby Rose, Violetta Kyrstal, Weiss Schnee, and Blake Belladonna. The screen changes to a green background, with some clovers being blown around, along with the sound of wind swirling in the background and an announcement to "SEE THE PREMIERE at RTX 2013: AUGUST, TX JULY 5-7" appears, before the winds blows the words away.
