Addicted to your embrace

But allergic to your skin,

Chilling flesh I couldn't replace,

Darker secrets lie within,

Every time your fingers brush against mine

Flashes of light blind me and I

Gouge out my own eyes - watch the stars align,

Heart trembling weakly in your cold chest as you look at the sky,

In the form of a constellation, there lies a needle pricking a

Jagged finger bleeding out

Kerosene

Lightning illuminates your blurred face and I shout,

Many lines carved into your face, the color of caffeine

Never-ending golden tears spilling from your ears,

Only-stopping when the blackbird sings,

Pink stars combust above your head in a million years,

Quarts shimmers behind your eyes and wings

Rip themselves free from your shoulder blades,

Stab you with your very own bones,

"Tell them to quit - use a grenade,

Umbrella equipped, ready to get back your throne,

Vulnerable even for to seconds means your done,

What you need to do is focus on the knees,"

X-ray over your heart - more cracks in it then the sun,

Yellow rays x your heart = disease

Zebra striped heart and the sun make for a terrible mix
