The fallen Angle (Y/N X Rain)

Chapter 6

A tall ghoul walked over to the four of you. "You have anything specific you would like to eat?" Your shakes your head no. "I'll um be fine with whatever" you said while nervously playing with your hands. "Don't worry mountain here is amazing at cooking!" Cirrus said as you gave her a small smile as Mountain walked away to cook. The three ghoulettes were so far the nicest out of everyone. Manly because they were actually asking questions about you and making good conversation.

One them asked if it was fun being a Guardian Angel. You answered honestly saying that you loved it. It was fun for you though this would only be the second time you were. The three looked at surprised. "Wait so Mary is the second person you've had to protect?" You looked at Cumulus as you nodded your head. "Yeah all guardian angels have to sign up for it and are picked carefully for each human" the three all looked so fascinated. "So who was your first?" Sunshine asked. You gave a small smile as your remembered Faith. "My first human to protect was Faith" The three got closer as they wanted to hear more. Even seeing some of the guys getting closer.

"I met Faith hundreds of years ago. Faith was such a sweet girl she was doing so well. Until she began doing witch craft after the town she lived in murdered her sister" A tear slowly came down your cheek. Rain walked over giving you a napkin. You smiled at him before resuming your story. "She wanted revenge on the small town" Mountain walked over with a plate placing in front of you. "Why'd did the town kill her sister?" he asked. You looked up before more tears came down. "They believe I was a witch. Even though all I wanted to do was practice medicine" You looked up as you heard someone spit their drink out. "Hold on wait wait Faith was your sister?" Dew asked slamming his hands on the table.

You nodded your head yes. "Faith was my baby sister she was ten years younger then me. Our mother passed in child birth. So I took care of her." Sunshine gently rubbed your back as Cirrus got more tissue. "What about your father?" one of the other ghouls asked. "No yeah aether is right where was your dad at?" Dew said trying to the puzzle together. "Our mother liked to get around so we never knew" "Oh your mom was a slu-" Before he could finish his sentence Swiss smacked Dew head "Dew shut it" You just looked down picking at your nails. "I guess you could say that but I did everything for Faith I even married a rich man there but because of him...I died and Faith well pice of her died that too as she was forced to watched as they burnt me"

Sunshine and Cumulus both gave you side hugs. "That's double fucked up making her watch" Rain said. "Yeah but I'm glad I was able to help her be her Guardian Angel" You wiped your tears away you never told anyone else that story why were they the acceptation? "Where is she now?" Rain asked. "In Hell now " you said picking up your fork eating the food Mountain made. "Wait she's in hell now?" Swiss asked tilting his head to the side. "Yeah she was Guardian Angel too but temptations gets the better of us" You said stuffing your mouth. "What did she do?" Aether asked. You finished the bit that was in your mouth quickly. "She fell in love with who she was supposed to protect and he lead her down a dark path"

You looked over at everyone most having a confused look to them. Taking in a deep breath you told them that there were rules to follow and falling in love with your human wasn't allowed. For it was unpredictable on what could happen between the two. Especially if they were to have a child it could leas to chaos. Begging part human and part angel may seem great. It came with its risk for angels did poses powers. And if a human and angel had a child that posed the angels powers there no ideas one what they could do. Humans were unpredictable and for the child to be half of each you can't just take its powers away like you could do an angel.

They all just looked amazed by the words you spilled. After a few second they all sat down eating the food Mountain made. For some reason eating with them made you feel fine. It didn't seem like they would hurt you. We're what everyone said about ghouls all wrong? You just sat there eating you food talking with the ghoulettes. You felt eyes on you, looking around to see Rain staring but quickly looking away when making eye contact. Finally finishing your food you just talked with the others until Swiss and Rain finished.

Saying your goodbyes to everyone as you left the cafeteria with Rain and Swiss. They didn't say much. Once the daylight sky hight your face when stepping outside. You took in a deep breath smelling the fresh air. "Want us to drive you back?" Rain asked giving you a small smile. "No it's fine i'll just fly back" you said as you waved at the as you turned into a Blue Jay. Flying away and back home.

Once you got home you went through the back not wishing to alarm the others. For they did not see you leave your room. As your laid down on your bed you couldn't help but smile about your time there. They all seemed so sweet and nice. Especially Rain he seemed sweet not as mean as Dew that was for sure. You grabbed you blanket pulling it above you because you need a nap after everything that just happened.
