In the last chapter:

Jungkook didn't say anything but instead
he leaned in and kissed tae's lips
And tae was taken aback by jungkook's sudden behavior but he gladly kissed back

no one's POV:

taekook was kissing
tae pulled back his hands was rested on jungkook's cheeks
he was caressing his cheeks with his thumbs
"jungkook?"
Jungkook hummed

"I missed you"
"tae please don't "
"why? You feel bad for your girlfriend?"
"I don't know what do I feel exactly, it is complicated"
"jungkook you kissed me"
"tae I am sorry it was a mistake"
"a mistake?"
"yeah"
"are you playing with my feelings?"
Jungkook didn't say anything

"I am not a game you can play with jungkook, I have feelings, I have a heart, it hurts, jungkook it really fucking hurts"
"tae I didn't say you are a game, nor did I say that you don't have feelings"
"then tell me what it is jungkook, tell me to go away and I will go right now, i am not staying if you want me to leave, i have my pride I am not a whore you can play with"

"tae don't say that, you are .. you are_"

"I am what jungkook?"

Jungkook hung his head low and didn't say anything

Tae was going to leave him
But he couldn't, he has to know everything that is going in his mind
He cupped his face and made him look at him
And in that moment he saw jungkook crying

"jungkook please I am begging you, tell me what's wrong, tell me everything"
"tae, I am going to tell you everything"
"I am listening"

Jungkook let out a heavy sigh and started talking

"first of all, I don't have a girlfriend"
Tae was shocked at that
"I have feelings for someone"

Tears started to go out of tae's eyes at hearing that

He tried to remove his hands but jungkook held his hands in place
And looked directly at his eyes

"I couldn't cheat at that person, I loved him, I always did, do you want to know who that person is?"
"who is it?"

"it is you tae, I have always loved you, it has always been you tae"

"oh my god jungkook"
He couldn't say anything else he just crashed his lips at jungkook's lips
And jungkook kissed back
Jungkook pulled back and he looked in tae's eyes for some time
Then he hugged him
"can I sleep with you tonight?"
"oh my god jungkook yes, a million times yes"
They cuddled in tae's bed and was facing each other
Tae's face was in jungkook's neck
Smelling him and putting open mouthed kisses on his neck

"tae?"
"hmmm"
"I love you"
"I love you too jungkookie"
"I missed you, I missed your warmth, and your scent, I missed your hugs and your kisses, I missed everything about you"
" I am not leaving you this time tae, I can't live without you"

And with that they slept holding each other

Next morning:

"tae wake up, I made breakfast"
Tae woke up
Still can't believe that he made up with jungkook
"morning jungkookie"
"morning, you know, I missed hearing you calling me by nicknames"
"I missed you too"
"what are we going to do now?"
"about what kookie?"
"ummm, about… about us"
"I guess we have to talk about this and make everything clear"
"yes we have to"

"so, tell me jungkookie, what do you want? Want us to be together again? Or you want us to be strangers?"

"what about you tae, what do you want?"

"I thought it was obvious why I came all the way here, anyways, just so you can give your mind a break, I want to be with you, what do you say jungkook?"

Jungkook didn't say anything
"jungkookie, it is your call now, you have to make a decision "

"I want us to be lovers again, I can't live without you"
Tae got up from his seat and hugged jungkook so tight like he was going to run away, or worse, he was afraid of all this being a dream and by that hug he was trying to make sure that it was real

"tae, can I kiss you?"

Tae didn't say anything
Instead he smashed his lips on jungkook's lips and started kissing him
